トリプルベッドの部屋はエレベーターのない別棟の最上階だったため、階段の上り下りが大変でした。スーツケースはベルボーイが運んでくれたので大丈夫でした。　部屋のバルコニーからのシービューが素敵でした。設備はかなり老朽化していて、特に水回りのものが修理が必要な状況でした。フロントのサービスは親切で、無料の朝ごはんも美味しかったです。町の中心部まで徒歩ですぐで、博物館にも近く、海が見えて、ロケーションは最高でした。

非常にシンプルな設備のホテルでした。例えば、部屋にゴミ箱がありません。 場所は中心地からとても近くです。食事、買い物、移動などに便利です。 ホテル敷地内、プール横のレストランはとても良かったです。味も雰囲気も優れています。 フロントの対応は、イタリアらしく、適当でした。指示通りに行動するとバスを逃すなどの適当さです。あまりに気にせず、自分でしっかりすれば問題ありません。

A localização do hotel é maravilhosa, fica no centro, próximo de tudo, restaurantes, lojas, bares, estação ferroviária, mercado, ponto de encontro de passeios. O espaço do hotel é muito agradável. Piscina agradável. Tem restaurante praticamente no hotel. Café da manhã bom. Tivemos apenas um desconforto porque não pudemos fazer late checkout e tivemos que esperar por muito tempo nosso transfer na ante-sala do hotel.

Localização do hotel é perfeita. A entrada (fachada) é área de piscina são muito bem cuidadas. O nosso tipo de quarto (standard)era bem pequeno especialmente o banheiro, não sei se as outras opções podem ter configurações diferentes. O único ponto que é o contraste do hotel é o café da manhã, falta equipe , faltam itens que não são repostos, não há variedade - para nós foi o ponto fraco da estadia.

Excellent location and the staff were very helpful

The hotel is in a great location and away from any busy roads, the gardens and pool are lovely. The room was very small, advertised as 18 square metres, but definitely smaller. The blanket was old and needed cleaning. No water, tea or coffee supplied.

The ac in the room had a control, but it didn't work.

adoramos, é bem perto do centro e da estação de trem, fizemos tudo andando. O café da manhã era bom, quarto e chuveito ok. O recepcionista falava português e foi muito prestativo conosco.

Loved this place, breakfast delightful, location was perfect. Didn’t like not having a window; price should have been adjusted.

Although the hotel is not the fanciest hotel in the area, the stay was pleasant. The breakfast was a wonderful. Room was small but cleaned everyday. The location is closed to the main square with great restaurants, great shopping, close to taxi stand, train and buses.

Excellent hotel! Close to the beach (10 minutes walk), close to the central part of Sorrento (2 minutes walk ) and close to the train station (6 minutes walk). The hotel is clean, safe and it has a good breakfast, the receptionists are nice and helpful. Totally recommend it.

Very nice stay, great service and staff. Excellent location

The location for this super clean hotel is perfect. Everywhere you wish to visit is easy to access. The air conditioning is awesome and the bed is very comfortable. The gardens and pool area is also beautiful. We feel though it's only right to offer the negatives too, so others can make an informed decision. Our room was very small and pokey and the view wasn't at all good. The breakfast in our opinion was extremely poor quality. I don't know where they get the milk from but it was like coloured water, with no taste at all. This meant no cereal for us. The bread and rolls always felt dry and stale. The boiled eggs and the scrambled were always cold as was the bacon. However if you choose to eat cake for breakfast then you could eat till your tummy was full as there was always a big selection. Most days I left hungry as the selection was so poor for a decent breakfast. For the price of the room we didn't feel it offered good value, however we appreciate that staying in Sorrento isn't cheap. Be careful when ordering a medium beer as it's massive and costs €10. Not everyone expects such a large pint of beer when ordering. By the time you've drank half it's already getting warm. The hotel has a super lazy but friendly cat. He is gorgeous. Might not suit people with allergies, but I guess easy enough to avoid. All things considered though, we would stay again but try to book a better room.

The staff were so kind and helped with airport transfer and recommendations. The location is FANTASTIC! The main road and ferry port were so close. We stayed for 3 nights, with a plan to be out most of the time. We therefore did not have meals or swim at the hotel. I would stay this a great 3 star hotel and great for a short stay.

Loved the area and city, walkable, would recommend and come back
