Pull out couch bed sheets were dirty and had someone’s sock in it. When asking the front desk for a clean sheet, the lady was snippy and said it had a sheet on it. Asked for extra towels and was told there’s plenty in the room

Nice quiet

The staff was very nice but there were some sketchy characters hanging around. The room and whole 3rd floor smelled like old food, sweaty bodies and grime. Screaming kids, loud people and the whole front desk area smelled of marijuana. Aside from the very nice staff, the experience was not great.

Front desk lady, Kim, had been extremely rude every time we asked her a question throughout our stay

The front desk staff was super amazing however I didn’t realize this was a place that people live. It smelled like cigarettes and marijuana. The room was dingy. I left and got a room elsewhere. Again, the from desk staff was super sweet.

I stayed 1 night and I would stay again.. Hopefully my room has a remote and the wifi would work properly

My husband and I love this place.. we love that there is appliances if needed if you were to cook in your kitchen rooms are very affordable well worth $$😍💯

Was mostly worth the price. Not the cleanest hotel but not the dirtiest either.

Well the front desk clerk was very extremely rude to us as we checked in didn’t explain anything to me and just very rude on phone as well then when I was getting ready and checking my room drawers etc I found drugs not sure what it was white powdery with a card and room key which means you’re cleaning isn’t getting done right

The hotel clerk was extremely friendly and really tried to be helpful. The room/shower/kitchen were clean, but an "extended-stay" facility is supposed to provide plates, silverware, cups, glasses, dish soap, dish rags, wash cloths, etc. The clerk said he had "some" of that stuff, but much of it was still in rooms, they are short staffed, and some of it was stolen and it is the end of their budget year. Consequently, they did not have the soap and the dish rags and wash cloths. As we were checking out, the owner/manager of the hotel promised us a 20% discount on our next visit for an apology for the inconvenience of the missing items. This was very generous, if we ever decide to return.

This stay was not as good as I expected, the lobby entrance was dark and not inviting. However, the hallways were well lit. My room did not feel clean when I entered, but was not dirty, just well used. Overall, the stay was average, I would have preferred a more up to date modern hotel. The continental breakfast was poor at best, just package muffins and coffee and breakfast bars. I would not necessarily stay here again.
