Excellent services by good staff with qualified facilities

枕が少し柔らかすぎの印象でした

こじんまりしており、それが暖かさを感じさせてくれます。何を取っても一流のホテルでした。

ゆっくりできる良いホテルです。 街も落ち着いた良い街で、散策等楽しめました。 今回は湖側の二階でしたが、出来れば高層階の方が良いと思います。木が大きく眺めを遮っていましたので。

Beautiful place and an overall wonderful experience.

Our stay at Grand Hotel du Lac over New Years was wonderful. The staff are very attentive and helpful. The room was a little small but the view of the lake and the mountains from the dining room was amazing.

The staff was very helpful on giving instructions on how to get to the Christmas Market via public transport. The room was nice and cozy, room service food was really great

Excellent facility within the nestle of the beautiful Vevey. Super clean, super attentive staff and an excellent cosy environment.

Convenable un peu déçu quand à l’arrivée personne pour prendre vos bagages vous devez vous débrouiller seul ! La chambre était vu sur ville je dirais plus vu sur parking avec le bruit des voitures toutes la nuit … déçu du personnel à la réception du soir qui vous questionne sur la demande d’un kit de gel douche shampooing à croire que c’est une douche par jour et un kit par jour pas le droit à kit pour le soir !!! le service des gouvernantes rien à dire très gentilles à votre service avec le sourire bravo !!! Merci à Cédric pour son accueil son professionnalisme il est à l’écoute des clients au restaurant du petit déjeuner . Il a était tout les matin mon rayon de soleil de la journée avec ces 2 jours de pluie ….

A superb hotel in a wonderful location with an exceptional staff! And what a charming town Vevey is! Plus being so close to Montreux was excellent. An experience we’ll never forget!

Nice hotel with beautiful decor. The rooms are good size and well appointed. location next to the lake which makes for great views.

While I thank you for the complimentary ride to the train station, I beleive the staff could have done better to make our stay memorable.

Excelente hotel. Decoración preciosa. El Desayuno y la comida excelentes. La cena en el Buddha Bar bien. La cama y las almohadas súper cómodas.
