バックパッカー向けのゲストハウスだと考えたほうが良い。部屋は設備は古かったが、広くて清潔だった。しかし案内された部屋はセキュリティボックスが物理的に壊れていて、ドアの内鍵がなく細いチェーンのみ。隙間があり、外に居るのと変わらないくらい音が入ってくる。昼間は気づかなかったが、目の前のカジノが月曜日の夜にも限らず、朝の５時半まで大音量で音楽を流したりマイクを使って客引きをしていた。おかげで一睡も出来ず、５泊分前払いしてあったが、耐えきれず１泊でほかのホテルに移った。一階にスーパーもあり（夜８時閉店）、立地は便利。部屋の設備にコーヒー／紅茶ポットとあったが、ただの水差しが置いてあるだけで湯沸かし機能は無い。

中心地の歩行者天国内にあるので　どこへ行くのも便利。ただ、歩行者天国側に面しているバルコニー付の部屋を選ぶと朝早くから少し騒がしい、ガラスも防音使用ではない。フロントはツアーデスクを兼ねている割に　あまり親身に相談には乗ってくれなかった。愛想は悪くないのだが　仕事熱心ではなさそう。施設も少し古い、夜寝るだけど割り切れば　立地がいい割にはお手ごろなお値段かと思う。

とにかく立地が良い。ここを拠点にして、コスタリカ各地に飛ぶことができる。立地が良いわりには、値段もそれほど高くなく、満足できる。

スタッフは親切で、質問に対して的確に答えてくれた。街中の中心であり、食事には困らない。また、歩行者通りは警備が厳しく、人通りも多いので、安心して歩ける。 部屋の設備や清潔感は値段相応だと思う。Wi-Fiの速度もいまいち。より良い部屋を求めるのであれば、Balmoralなど、周辺のホテルを選択する必要があると思う。 ただ、この値段でこの立地ならば、コストパフォーマンスは良い。

サンホセの中心にあるのでどこに行くにも便利。 シャワーが安定しなかったりホームページで見た施設が全部揃ってはいなかったがスタッフが親切だったのでまぁしょうがないかという感じ。 中南米のホテルなのでそれを受け入れて泊まれば問題なし。

到着後の一泊のためだけに宿泊。 近郊の駐車場が利用可能とのことであったが、何の説明もないうえに費用も自腹であった。 WiFiが不調のために共用のPCを利用したが、こちらもネットがつながらず。 サンホセ自体に魅力が少なく、単なる宿として使用したが、外の騒音も含めて満足せず。 格安であったために文句はないが、サンホセメインの観光ならお勧めしない。

客観的にさほど期待していなかったのですが，とにかく立地が良いこと，そしてバックパッカーではない所で比較的綺麗なホテルを探していました。こちらで，相当金額が割り引かれていたので，失敗してもいいやというくらいの気持ちで予約をしました。ビックリするくらい，水回りは綺麗だし，お湯も沢山出るし，部屋も広いし，朝ごはんも付いてるし，予約した金額では十二分のお部屋でした。また機会がれば利用したいと思いますし，知人にも勧めたいです。

Dont go here! Let me first say i dont do bad reviews or comments but the reviews i read and what i got were not the same. I also want to say im a backpacker and im used to sleeping on the ground so my standerds are not high. 2 days we didnt have water. They ebed up fixing it after about a hour each time. No parking, you have to park 2 blocks away at 2 dollars a hour, do the math if you leave your car because you book trips, and they pick you up it adds up really quick not counting the meter is running when your sleeping, and if you get back late at night its a scary walk back to the hotel at night. spend the extra cash for a hotel that has parking. all the staff but one was good! We stayed a week left a day early. Rooms were horrable and i do not have high standerds at all again. Last night we found a much better hotel near the air port with parking and shuttel. This was my first trip to c.r. i would highly recomand staying outside of s.j. and drive in for the day, night time can get pretty hairy. The good: staff was good and at day time you are smake in the middel of down town market. The bad: the room, parking, night time safty, no water when you try to take a shower

Great location, great breakfast, dated facilities friendly service

The staff was very helpful to assist me in setting up my local Sim card. Also the breakfast was delicious and finding the fridge stocked with juice and beer and snacks was another nice touch.

Fantastiskt läge mitt på gågatan i centrum. Mycket trevligt bemötande o hjälpsam personal. Hotellet var gammalt o slitet, men för oss passade det utmärkt för en övernattning på väg vidare mot kusten.

Os quartos da frente são barulhentos mas tem uma vista interessante da cidade. Chuveiro fraco, carpete desagradável, mas é bem mobiliado e amplo. Pessoal correto mas nem sempre muito amigável. Exceção para Luiz, um recepcionista amável e prestativo e a senhora do café da manhã.

Mucho ruido del exterior que no deja descansar. De todo lo demás personal ubicación, limpieza bien.

Hotel is in a great location in downtown San Jose. Everything you need is well within walking distance. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

The hotel looked old and rundown, there was a weird scent in our room. The hotel was on a street that cars couldn't access, so we had to get picked up and dropped off around the corner and walk. The hotel was in a very busy area and there were a few restaurants within walking distance. I had never been to San Jose before, so I'm not sure if the whole city is this way, but I didn't feel like the hotel was in the safest area. The hotel staff was friendly enough, especially the man who checked us out in the morning- he called a taxi for us and was chatting with us while we waited. Complimentary breakfast was fine- nothing fancy.

Location, location, location !!!! At this place, you're a the center of everything in San Jose !!!
