家族3人で二泊しました。建物自体がかなり歴史ある感じなので、最新の設備とは行きませんが、それを補って余りある雰囲気とサービスで、掃除で満足な滞在でした。朝食はかなり美味しかったです。観光の中心地にありながら夜は騒音もなく静かで、美味しいレストランが近隣にたくさんありおすすめです。

Charming place in the colonial zone. The staff was awesome! Always an English speaking person at the front desk....all the staff were over the top helpfull. I can't say enough!

We loved this hotel. The staff was great especially Jose. We had the suite with outdoor patio and it was very spacious. The location was close to everything and there is so much history in the old town. Definitely would recommend this hotel!

Está bien ubicada pero se deben mejorar el sonido de la tv, los colchones y la variedad del desayuno. Personal amable.

The court yard was spectacular. Hotel was close to Columbus/Colonial Square. Supermarket was across the street to purchase beer/wine. Great buffet breakfast with the ladies very pleasant.

The staff is professional, friendly and provide a wonderful experience in the area. The location is amazing!

When we check in the room that they gave me was very disappointed we made a complaint about it and they gave us a very nice one and we have a beautiful stay.

The parking was a plus at the colonial city. The hotel is charming and the service was excellent I didn’t give it 5 stars because of the internet

El hotel tiene una excelente localización y está limpio. El personal es cortés. Necesita mejorar en las opciones de comida que incluye y en proveer ropa de cama adecuada y toallas. El hotel solo tenía desayuno, pero no proveía variedad / calidad. Al tener muchas opciones para comer cerca eso no era tan importante. Sin embargo, al solicitar lo necesario para el cuarto (ropa de cama y toallas) estaban limitados porque según el personal el hotel estaba lleno. Un hotel debe contar con la ropa de cama / toallas suficiente para atender los huespedes este lleno o no.

Very good will be back

Nice hotel for the price. Note that 24 hour shuttle advertised in Expedia is NOT free. This was not disclosed to us until we arrived at the airport. This may be more an issue of Expedia than the hotel.

Muy buena localización y lugar lleno de historia. Un poco de amabilidad y cordialidad a los empleados de recepción no le haría mal. La recomiendo por la localización y buen lugar para descansar.
