コンパクトなホテルだけれど部屋が広くシンプルで清潔。スタッフ従業員共に親切。朝食がとて美味しい。 観光して回るにもとても便利な場所です。 入り口に靴を綺麗にする装置が使えるし，一階のトイレは高級ホテルのようにタオルのお手拭きがあり細かい気配りが嬉しい。最初の部屋の排水が悪かったけれど直ぐに別の部屋に交換してくれました。居心地の良いホテルなのでまたオタワに来る時には利用したいです。

大きな高級ホテルとは違い、小さな家庭的な雰囲気のホテルです。ホテル内にはポップなアートがたくさん飾られていて、室内も清潔に保たれていました。また、ベランダからの眺めも良かったです。夜間も安全なバイワードマーケットに近く買い物にも便利でした。

First, the hotel offers a basic but quality breakfast that includes bread, fruit, cereal, French fries, scrambled eggs, and a variety of drinks. The view of the streets from the rooms and balconies is lovely. The hotel is adjacent to downtown Ottawa, so you can visit the Byward Market, Parliament Hill, the University of Ottawa, etc easily on foot. This hotel was perfect for me.

Good enough for a confortable stay. It is in a very convenirnt location, room was clean, staff were kind, and included breakfast was also very good.

Absolutely the best hotel experience I've had in years. This simple, unassuming building is BIG on well appointed amenities, a delicious included breakfast and excellent location very close to the Byward market and Parliament buildings. Private patios on the ground floor or balconies on the upper levels, great water pressure, air conditioning and ample storage as well as a comfortable bed with well appointed plugs and a full length mirror. 5/5 across the board! Oh, and all this for a budget hotel price!

Breakfast was fantastic!!

The hotel is in a wonderful location, making it easy to walk to most major sightseeing spots. It's also super easy to reach from the train station—just a quick 20-minute metro ride. The room was clean and stayed comfortable with a portable air conditioner. The staff was incredibly nice and helpful throughout our stay, and the regular breakfast was a great way to start the day!

Nice breakfast but bad coffee. There are so many restaurants nearby even not free, make hotel breakfast a tough choice. Parking is available but garage space is very tight. Great location. Rooms are old but clean and enjoyable.

Location is so good that almost everything within walking distance. The property is well maintained.
