All of the staff were friendly and kind, and the breakfast had a lovely selection of fresh vegetables and fruits—especially the potatoes, which were delicious. The room was spacious, clean, and absolutely comfortable, and I was really touched by the unexpected little gifts like soap and chocolates. On the fifth floor, right by the elevator, there were homemade fruit juices and cookies placed out daily, and I thoroughly enjoyed them. They were so delicious that other guests also would often enjoy them, and by the evening, they were usually all gone. I borrowed a wheelchair several times when going out, and everyone was more than willing to help, which I truly appreciated. The location was fantastic too—there’s a Lido nearby, and the Old Town is just about a 15-minute walk away. If I ever visit Riga again, I’ll definitely stay at this hotel. Thank you so much for everything!

歌の祭典の期間に宿泊しました。目の前の公園にはたくさんのテントが立ち、ラトビアのリネンや銀細工のアクセサリーなど、魅力的な品物が並び、他では味わえないショッピングが楽しめました。 右手首を骨折していたので、食事の時にはホールの若い女性が助けてくれました。また、フロントの方もいろいろなリクエストに快く対応くださって、快適に滞在することができました。本当にお世話になり、ありがとうございました。

Upon arrival my booked month advance room was sold out and I was offered to choose between room for people with needs or room with two beds. As a compensation for situation I was offered complimentary breakfast . But hotel charged me for breakfast any way. Very disappointed and right now in process to remind hotel about their promise and to see the result.

The location was really good , breakfast was excellent especially the omelette station. Staff were really friendly.

Hotel was in a good location - 15 minutes from Old Town & Train Station. The breakfast at the hotel was excellent. The meals were also very good. You will not be disappointed if you stay at this hotel. The only negative was the sound travelling from rooms up above.

Hotel has a sauna? Didn’t find out until the last day as no one explained the amenities at check in. The room was quite warm and the air conditioning was poor in the room. Parking was a nightmare. Paid for parking for the entire stay yet sometimes the parking was overbooked. On the last night the parking garage malfunctioned and I was stuck in there for over an hour trying to leave. Otherwise it is a nice hotel, the breakfast is really good. But because of everything else I wouldn’t stay here again.

The hotel is great, the breakfast buffet is fantastic and high quality. The old town is close on foot, as well as other nice districts. The only problem for me is that the rooms are placed around the hotel inner courtyard, where people gather, drink and chat loud. I cannot state the hotel high because I think that rooms should be peaceful and silent and not at the mercy of loud guests.

Overall all good, clean and well located hotel. Staff needs training as they are slow and unhelpful. Lounge bar service is terrible. Great breakfast buffet.

The hotel is generally OK, but the reception service was very slow and the staff seemed unsure how to manage two separate bookings. The lobby bar was particularly disappointing. I ordered a gin-based cocktail exactly as listed on the menu, but it was made with Bacardi instead. When I queried why rum had been used in a gin cocktail and showed the bartender the menu, I was told that the menu was incorrect and that there was nothing they could do about it. To make matters worse, the drink appeared to contain only around half of a standard measure. Overall, a very disappointing experience and a real shame, as these issues could easily have been avoided.

The location was great for exploring Old Town. The staff were very welcoming and friendly, especially Kristiana who welcomed us upon our arrival. The rooms were clean and spacious.

Saubere Zimmer, leckeres Frühstück mit viel Auswahl als Buffet Auswahl. Es werden sogar frische Omeletts gemacht. Hotel liegt sehr Zentral.
