All of the staff were friendly and kind, and the breakfast had a lovely selection of fresh vegetables and fruits—especially the potatoes, which were delicious. The room was spacious, clean, and absolutely comfortable, and I was really touched by the unexpected little gifts like soap and chocolates. On the fifth floor, right by the elevator, there were homemade fruit juices and cookies placed out daily, and I thoroughly enjoyed them. They were so delicious that other guests also would often enjoy them, and by the evening, they were usually all gone. I borrowed a wheelchair several times when going out, and everyone was more than willing to help, which I truly appreciated. The location was fantastic too—there’s a Lido nearby, and the Old Town is just about a 15-minute walk away. If I ever visit Riga again, I’ll definitely stay at this hotel. Thank you so much for everything!

The price was reasonable and it’s a good location which is accessible to the old town, tourist spots !

歌の祭典の期間に宿泊しました。目の前の公園にはたくさんのテントが立ち、ラトビアのリネンや銀細工のアクセサリーなど、魅力的な品物が並び、他では味わえないショッピングが楽しめました。 右手首を骨折していたので、食事の時にはホールの若い女性が助けてくれました。また、フロントの方もいろいろなリクエストに快く対応くださって、快適に滞在することができました。本当にお世話になり、ありがとうございました。

ダブルの部屋を希望しましたがあいにくいっぱいでツインの部屋になりました。 シングルベッドが寝ている間に落ちないか心配になるくらい小さかったです。 フローリングのためか、上の人か隣の人の夜遅くと、早朝のコツコツ歩く音がうるさかったです。 この点以外は、近代的なきれいなホテルで満足でした。朝食もバラエティ豊富でよかったですし、レストランのランチもスープ類含めおいしかったです。 市内中心部ではありませんが、散歩も兼ねて徒歩で中心地に行けることもいいかと思います。

The reception staff were very courteous and welcoming upon my arrival. The gentleman was able to answer my questions and provide recommendations based on my queries. My room was clean and welcoming. The bed was very comfortable. The restaurant waitress/bartender namely, Anette was fantastic. She knew the menu very well and was able to recommend menu items based on my likes. The clubhouse with fries were great. The fish and chips were also good but portion was small. The beer platter was okay, the burger with fries, and the crème brûlée was awesome. Loved the coffee, fresh fruit and omelette station for breakfast were my go to. I would stay again based on my experience.

Clean tidy quiet room

In den benachbarten Zimmern wurden gerade die Böden renoviert. Laute Schleifgeräusche und Schmutz waren an der Tagesordnung. Der Putzservice kam an einem Tag nicht. Auf unsere Reklamation hin kam eine völlig unfreundliche Dame, knallte frische Handtücher auf unseren Koffer und verschwand. Die nochmalige Reklamation und bitte um Reinigung und Bettenmachen wurde mit dem Hinweis abgelehnt, es gäbe an dem Tag nur einen Miniservice, andere Zimmer wurden aber vollständig gereinigt. Unsere Beschwerde bei der Abreise wurde mit einem arroganten Achselzucken beantwortet: „wir wissen dass es nicht in Ordnung war“. Ungeheuerlich und völlig inakzeptabel!!!

One of the best hotels we stayed in Riga. Huge bed, great mattress and pillows. Gym is 24/7. Staff is very helpful and cleaning personnel did great job! Loved it and will come back.

Check in took a total of 45 minutes with appalling service, stayed all over the world and never experienced anything like that. Unacceptable and no apology even given. Would not recommend a stay here.
