水がフリーなのがよかったです。

今回、Over Bookingで部屋が無く、別のホテルを紹介すると言われました。 なんでそうなったのか聞いたところ、時々営業がOver bookingする。 そういっている間に、喫煙ルームでよければ1部屋確保できそうだと言われたので、渋々OKしました。客先がホテルから近かったので。 しかし、その部屋がタバコ臭くて気持ち悪くなりそうでした。 このホテルには2,3回泊まったことがあるのですが、Over bookingは初めてでした。

It was very clean and the outside was very nice.

It was fine. Nothing special. We booked two queen beds but got two full beds. Not that bad but not what we wanted. Other than that breakfast was $15 a person. But it was clean and what I expected. Would stay here again.

Air conditioner was broke in first room and the bath tub was rusted. Second room had a hole in the ceiling with water leak stains and the mirror on the closet was broke.

The staff were amazing, welcoming, friendly and warm. The linens were soft and luxurious and the products in the bathroom were very nice quality and smelled amazing. The room and hotel had very nice amenities.

Clean, spacious room. Pool looked nice but it was too chilly out to use it for our stay. Breakfast was included in my rate but must not be for everyone because some had to pay to use it. Business center wasn’t functional but front desk staff was very pleasant and printed what I needed for me. Walkable to a few good restaurants and convenient to highway and OU.

Best customer service I’ve had in a loooong time. At check-in, kathy at the front desk was kind and welcoming and helpful. When we checked out, the two ladies at the front desk were kind and helpful. Seriously, a five star customer service experience.

We asked for a late check out as we got in very late. At 9 am housekeeping was knocking on my door to ask if we would be leaving soon. Not to mention the king size bed was tiny. Not the size of a king bed I’ve ever seen before.
