街の中心部にあり、どこに行くにも便利でした。部屋の設備も快適さも良かったです。

車で到着すると、ホテルの方が駐車場まで車を運んでくださいました。町の中心で安全な駐車場が分からなかったので大変助かりました

歴史地区の中心にあってとても便利な場所です。 ホテルも綺麗で快適です。 車で来るのでZTLゾーンの為、心配でしたが、問い合わせるととても親切にしてくれ、着いてからも親切なたいおうでした。 また来るときは泊まるつもりです

事前にツインベットとバスタブ付の部屋をリクエストして、きちんと対応してもらえました。イタリアには珍しく朝食のビュッフェが充実していてとてもおいしかったです。 観光にも買い物にも便利な立地で、スタッフもいつも笑顔でとても素敵なホテルでした。

Coffee was very poor! As Italy is the exemplar of coffee I would have expected Lavazza or Illy. I would be prepared to pay a little extra. Your coffee was definitely not 5* Also no kettle in the room is a disadvantage

Great stay, would say more of a 4 star than 5 but nonetheless cute hotel with nice finishes. Staff was wonderful.

Situato in un palazzo storico nel cuore di Lecce e’ la base perfetta per vivere la città . Stanze spaziose , Con bagni enormi servizio eccellente ottimo bistrot al roof top con eccellente American bar. La colazione è all’altezza del livello per qualità , ma non per ampiezza di scelta . Nelle suite, in un 5stelle L, la coffee station fa notare la sua assenza

Extraordiario hotel, cuenta con parqueo con valet y cobro adicional, buen desayuno incluido en la tarifa, cenamos una noche en el restaurante del hotel, la comida fue maravillosa. La atencion de las chicas de la recepcion, asi como de los meseros del restaurante y los valet, fue 10 de 10, habitaciones amplias y funcionales.

In a historic building in the very heart of town center . Rooms are huge, service is amazing. Everything is almost perfect , but for 5starsL I must say: breakfast needs to be improved (quality is excellent , but lacks of choices ) and in a suite coffee station should be mandatory… there was not even a boiler :-(

Staff was amazing - above and beyond helpful and kind in communicating and helping to navigate the area. Location was perfect walking distance to everything. Rooftop had beautiful views.
