英語が通じるので安心です。 ヨーロッパのホテルに共通して、他の部屋の音が聞こえたり、隙間から蚊が入ってくるのは致し方ないかなと思います。 最寄駅はテルミニから一本◎でした、また最寄駅に階段しかないですがそこさえ重いスーツケースを自力で運べば大丈夫です。観光向けの立地も問題なし◎バチカンに行きやすい印象です。近くに繁華街もあります。 連泊でしたが毎日飲料水の支給、清掃してくれました。 朝食サービスもプランに付随してて慣れない土地での朝には快適でした。

想像以上に狭かったのですが、慣れてくると居心地は良かったです。ホテルのスタッフも優しく、レストランの予約も頼むと快く引き受けてくれたり、サービスの朝食もクッキーやコーヒー、ワッフルなどイタリアの朝食という感じで、甘党の私にはとても満足でした。ただ、バスタブがなく、シャワーがカーテンで区切られてるのは、始めは驚きました。

別館があり別館に泊まりました。別館はアパートメントの中でホテルという感じではなかったですが、本館も近く、スタッフの方も親切で、部屋も清潔で、年末年始の割りに価格も安く、満足しました。

旅行前に確認のメールがホテルから来ましたが、日数が間違っており、出発前からすでに不安になりました。到着すると、予約していたサイズの部屋には案内されず、「これがあなたが予約した部屋だ」と言われました。予約の印刷を確認して、部屋のサイズや条件などが違うというと、今日は満室なので次の日にしか変更できないと不機嫌な調子で言われました。客室のナンバーも取れており、伝えましたが、修理しませんでした。隣の客室で電話している声が夜遅くまで筒抜けで、眠れませんでした。シャワーはほとんどお湯が出ず、宿泊中に２回も取り替えの工事があったにも関わらず、最後まで調子が悪かったです。到着の日に対応した従業員はいつも不機嫌で、受付を通過するのが苦痛になりました。このホテルにはもう宿泊したいとは思いません。

As a solo traveler, I 100% recommend this place! It was convenient for what I needed which was just a place to sleep. The wifi was a bit laggy which effected watching the TV. I also wouldn't recommend paying for the breakfast (not worth it). Evening staff were really friendly!

Everything was exceptional. NO complaints

We had a very small room, but I guess that is to be expected for a big city. It had everything we needed though, and was very clean. The staff were all nice and friendly. Standouts for this hotel are the location, which is so close to the metro but the street is still quiet, and the breakfast terrace.

It was clean, big room, and very convenient to everything. The staff at the front desk, room service, and breakfast employees are all great and friendly! Highly recommended 👍

We booked together with friends but was moved to another building about 2 blocks from the main lobby. Pretty much an inconvenience for me and my wife. If we had known this, i would have booked to the same hotel we used before. The only reason was, we need to be with our friends. This hotel needs to inform us that there is another building.

Great breakfast!

The staff are friendly and helpful. Good breakfast, clean, great location. Close to lots of restaurants. The only thing I didn’t like was the rooms are way too close to one another and you can hear the other people in their rooms.

Great place to stay if you’re looking for a one person room, not the cleanest but not horrible. I would stay again! Great area and close to the Vatican

Die Zimmer waren leider in einem schlechten Zustand. Lauter Löcher in der Wand, im Bad nichts zum Ablegen, auch keine Handtuchhalter. Extrem hellhörig, wir haben von den Nachbarn jedes Wort gehört. Personal allerdings sehr freundlich und bemüht, schade, aber sonst wirklich nicht zu empfehlen!

Bra städning, men lite slitet. Har legat i både bättre och sämre sängar. Mycket bra bemötande av personalen!
