総合評価とレビュー Extended Stay America Suites Houston Med Ctr NRG Park Kirby

NRGスタジアムでの観戦のために2泊しました。スタジアムまで徒歩5分、一直線。向かいには深夜までやっている大きなスーパーあり。キッキン、冷蔵庫、電子レンジありますが、ポット、皿、鍋などはありません。 フロントにヤカンを借りにいったら、鍋ならと笑顔で貸してくれましたw 朝食はロビーからカップケーキやスナック、コーヒー紅茶を自由に取っていくシステム。 観戦目的の他のお客さんたちと楽しいひとときでした。

皿やトースター、鍋などHPに記載されたあるべき設備が全く無かった。フロントに何度も要求してやっと一部借りた。他の友達の部屋も未装備だった。シーツ交換も頼んだのに忘れていた。

スタッフ等を削り、最低限のサービスを提供してくれるホテルです。ホテルは部屋にキッチンや大型の冷蔵庫が備え付けてあり、長期滞在も可能です。部屋も広いです。近隣にスーパーもあるので買い出しも可能で、その気になれば部屋で調理もできると思います。ホテルへのアクセスはMETRO RAILの駅から歩いて15分程度。真夏は厳しいかもしれませんが、十分歩ける距離です。部屋の清掃があまり行き届いていなく、前の客の髪の毛がお風呂に残っていたりしました。これもスタッフを削っている影響でしょう。宿泊中の清掃やベッドメイクは頼まないと入りません。メディカルセンターや、RELIANT PARKへの滞在には便利かと思います。

Just an overnight stay for me so very sufficient for that purpose. If you’re attending anything at the NRG stadium this is a perfect property. Completely walkable. Walk thru the Holiday Inn lobby across the st and it’s a straight shot to the stadium. Stayed here to see Beyoncé. The water pressure and hot water is perfection at this location. There is a vending machine with drinks and snacks available on the lobby floor. I saw a baby roach in my bathroom but I don’t necessarily blame the property as it was only the one I guess. I’d stay again if attending an event at the NRG stadium in a heartbeat

Room was not ready at 4pm. Lobby full of guest waiting for rooms to be cleaned. The whole building smelled terrible.

Elevator out, towels spread in the entrance and dogs loud, loud loud. Called to get a change. The man was rude and said a $50 credit was all he could do.Very disappointed. I wont be back.

Was told when we got there elevator was broken. Room was a little stuffy. Moved sofa to see tv better and it was very dirty underneath. Shower didn't throw out enough water and rub made a creaking sounds every time you moved.

was terrified disgusting room with blood s stains on the curtains the couch is all stained up and the bed sheets were stained, and it smelled like cigarettes really bad and there was a guest next-door with children, screaming at his kid sounded like he was beating his children

Lock on door did not work and

They advertise a complimentary breakfast, but during my stay, they never served breakfast, and the excuse was always that the truck had not arrived. The hallways were filthy; they need to vacuum these carpets.

The hotel and room were very clean.

The room was fine for me, it was cheap and right next to the NRG. It looked like a lot of homeless people hang out in the parking lot. Even the hotel across the street had a gated parking lot. The room thermostat was a fake thermostat and the buttons didn't do anything. I guess the temperature was controlled somewhere else? Not sure. The bathtub faucet was leaking and had to listen to that all night. The elevator was broken and even with my bad back and torn ACL, I had to climb a flight of stairs because they couldn't pute.on.thw ground floor. Would I stay here again? Maybe by myself but definitely not if my wife is coming with me.

Good location . My room light bulb was out and dining table was broken ,toilet was leaking,dresser was broken,toilets cabinets door was broken. I was business trip and no time to deal with all these stuff and last minute they called to me elevator was out of service. We got second floor so need to use stair. Staff are nice but not helpful to fix or change room. I won’t go back there .

Its an older hotel, in need of upgrades. Safe quiet area. It was worth the short stay. Elevator was not working but front desk person took our bags upstairs. My elderly mother was with me. Customer service was good. Will stay again.

Definitely not what I expected.

Tuvimos muchos detalles. 1. Las 4 noches que estuvimos no funcionó el elevador, 2. La piscina/alberca estaba cerrada (según no había ido la persona que la limpia), 3. El cuarto tenia olor a cigarro, 3. Todos lo días las tarjetas se desactivaban, llegábamos cansados a las 11pm y tenía que esperar a que las activaran para entrar y 4. Los pasillos y escaleras de emergencia tenía mucho olor a comida
