I enjoyed the stay nice, quiet and friendly atmosphere.

Chambre et lit confortable. Baignoire/douche pas pratique. piscine fermée pour toute la saison !! Pas de petit déjeuner alors qu'il était inclus dans le prix.

A little disappointed in our stay. It’s a nice hotel and the staff was friendly. The room was clean but the air conditioning did not work well. The room didn’t get below 77F Had purchased breakfast with th room reservation but the server was a no show and no breakfast was available. Staff apologized but no discount or refund was given.

Didn't get to check on until late due to work but the front desk was understanding and very friendly... the bar was still open which was a plus and the food was good... ice machine didn't work on our floor... about 2 or 3 in the morning there were doors opening and slamming closed for about 30 minutes... not sure what that was... rates were kind of expensive for the age of the hotel and the short time of stay... overall not the worst of stays... I'm not objective too staying again

My stay was very relaxing. The room was very nice and “Neat as a Pin”.

This stay was just okay. The cleanliness was absolutely poor. There was hair in the bath tub, remnants in the toilet and hair in a bed that appeared to be freshly made up. Someone really dropped the ball. When I find unnecessary hair it makes me feel like nothing was really cleaned just a spot clean of the obvious stuff.

When reserving my room added the breakfast option which I had prepaid. But, was charged by the hotel for my breakfast again. When I asked about it when I saw my receipt at checkout I was told I had to wait on the manager to look at it before they could fix it. They would email me the results.

The sheets and bedding had a must smell that made it difficult to fall asleep.

It was a business trip. Hotel was comfortable.

Bad reconstruction work throughout the property. Lots of terrible patchwork very visible especially in the bathrooms !!! Poor satellite or steaming television service!!!!!!

Staff was very accommodating and helpful when my travel plans changed a bit.

We liked that it's opened again. The staff was really nice. Restaurants and Mall were close to the hotel as well.

There palm limbs laying in the parking lot in Houma, water pressure was low and not hot enough , same issue in and Santee S.C.
