I would recommend the Rodd to anyone traveling to Charlottetown. I stayed there for three nights and found the staff were amazing and super helpful. Very solution oriented and kind the few times we needed something from them. The rooms were spotless and have been newly renovated and the rest of the hotel is maintained. If you use hotel gyms, it is missing a few machines but still does the job quite well.

The hotel is beautiful, and the rooms are renovated and classy. The hotel is in a great location, making it easy to walk to pretty much anything you would want to see downtown. The only issues we had were that the room was quite warm at night because the air conditioner wouldn't stay on. The bathrooms are also quite small, with the toilet directly beside the wall.

Loved the location and the structure of the hotel. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Rooms well maintained. Don’t have to leave the property to find good food. Should consider extending the operating hours of the bar. Great place to stay 👏

Very nice ,good location

We have always enjoyed our stays at the Rodd Charlottetown. This time surpassed our expectations in many ways. First, the hotel was recently renovated, and the rooms and lobby are quite beautiful. Second, the staff continue to be second to none, polite, well mannered and friendly. Third, the building though historic has all the features we appreciate, windows that open, a lobby you can relax in and a front patio where you can have a pre-dinner refreshments while you wait for guests to arrive. I don’t, as a rule, give out a 100% score but the Rodd Charlottetown gets one from me for this stay. Thank you. Oh, and here is a tip, try their new “ Roddy “ craft beer, quite good !

The room was cleaning comfortable. The staff was very helpful and friendly. We enjoyed the pool.

Will definitely stay here again if in PEI and highly recommend to others. Thank you for such a pleasant experience and keep up the great work.

Nice hotel! Great restaurant, staff, amenities, location, etc. Only challenge was the water pressure, shower was more of a dribble than a shower. Also was not able to get a king bed, had 2 double beds that were quite comfortable!

Great hotel in central Charlottetown location. It is walking distance to everything. Staff were helpful, rooms were clean, and overall great experience.

Revently stayed here for 4 nights. Absolutely no complaints. Very clean, and every staff member we dealt with was pleasant and helpful. The housekeeping staff did an outstanding job every day. The toiletries and amenities provided in the room were generous and of good quality. The location is perfect in downtown Charlottetown. We would absolutely stay here again and recommend it to anyone else.

The Rodd was a great place to stay. The style and decor showcased the history and charm of the era and the hotel itself. The only downside to this location was the water pressure in the unit which was extremely minimal. It was usable, but not what would be expected. Aside from that everything was clean and comfortable. The windows and the view they provided were amazing. The location is also prime.

Overpriced (800$) for 2 nights were we could not sleep because of the noise coming from the hall ( doors and cleaning crew ). Very bad insulated rooms. Bed was comfy but bathroom was extremely small with no water pressure. This hotel is at par with a budget type hotel like comfort inn. Will not stay ever at this hotel.

Well maintained classic hotel.

The room was clean and bed was comfortable. We liked that the hotel was a walking distance from downtown which was easier for shopping and enjoy variety of restaurants without using a car as finding a parking spot was not easy. The breakfast was delicious at the Chamber's restaurant inside the hotel. The staff were nice and helpful.
