TV is not working, Wall is thin.

Es un hotel en el que me quedo recurrentemente porque me parece un hotel bello y muy conveniente para estar en el centro de San Cristóbal.

La atención excelente

clean, comfortable bed/rood, hot water, friendly staff, great location short walk to main square, restaurant food/menu = fabulous, sister spa was great! we would definitely consider staying here again!!!

Our first time in San Cristobal, we couldn't have picked a better hotel with a better location. Great AC and great bedding. It would've helped to have closets and/or fridge but not a deal breaker.

Beautiful hotel, hacienda vibe. Very close to all the major Attractions and downtown área. The staff was vey nice. I would highly recommend staying here.

Servicio, ubicación, habitaciones, todo excelente!

The hotel is very centrally located and has a great restaurant and bar. The patio and courtyard look nice, relaxing and quiet. There was some noise coming from outside the room due to students staying next door that were loud. And our hotel room faced the street so there was some car engine noise but we could still sleep well. The staff was nice and accommodating. The best experience was in the bar with the bartender Adan. He was great, made some amazing drinks for us and gave us some tasting of new liquors we had not tried before like the liquor de jamaica, mucilago de maiz, and pox which is a liquor made from corn. Had a great night in a relaxing atmosphere at the bar.

Muy bonito hotel, no tuve la oportunidad de estar mucho tiempo pero fue muy atento el personal, instalaciones excelentes, la habitación con todas sus amenidades necesarias Lo único que el estacionamiento no está junto al hotel y es algo confuso pero excelente

Habitaciones limpias, excelente ubicación y el restaurante ofrece muy rica comida.

Muy bonito hotel, la atención fue excelente, el personal de restaurante muy atento, la habitación muy cómoda y limpia, cerca del centro histórico, todo se puede hacer caminado.

The room was on the small side with only an interior window so it was darkish. The a/c was great. Both the rooms and public areas were nicely decorated. Beautiful old colonial building with high ceilings, centrally located. Great amiable helpful staff
