5泊しました。お部屋は毎日清潔で、スタッフさんは皆さんフレンドリー。安心して過ごせました。ただ、隣のお部屋の方の賑やかな声が夜中まで響き、少しストレスを感じました。もう少し防音性が高ければ最高です。

立地がよくレセプショニストはみなさん愛想が良く部屋は小さくこじんまりとしているが清潔感のある、とても良いホテルでした。ただ、シーツが毎日交換してもらえなかったのと、チェックアウトの10分前くらいから水道が一切利用できなくなったのが偶然なのかはたまた、、、 ですが、是非また訪れたいホテルです。

問題無く滞在できました。アメニティやドライヤーもついていてこの値段なので有難かったです。

Friendly and welcoming staff, quiet and nice neighborhood. We rented a 4 man room as a family, we got what I assume was a suite where the lounge area sofa was converted to a bed (sofa bed), with a wall between the two sleeping areas. A good layout, spacious for the price we paid, room for luggage on the floor. Very practical for us as a family, where we could put the kids to bed and not have to worry as much about light and noise. Proper shower, not a tub shower, everything in working order in the bathroom. Although quite a bit of noise from the pipes when rooms above used their bathrooms. Functioning and responsive AC. TVs in both sleeping areas, with chromecasts. All in all, happy customers. PS. The elevator is in the stairwell, so the elevator stops on a level midway between stories, so you will always have to walk a few steps to get to your floor. Not a problem for us, but might be to someone. The nearest Metro stop is Berault on line 1, but there are no escalators. The red RER line (A) just north of the Hotel has elevators, it also goes to Disneyland and connects to the airport via RER B.

Staff was friendly and welcoming. Room was great, beds were comfortable. The restaurant Nextdoor had amazing pizza! Loved our quick trip to Paris

Excellent et super accueil. Pas de petit dej pris sur place pour ma part donc je ne peux en parler. Chambre spacieuse et neuves. Parking dispo sur place contre supplément et borne de recharge disponible gratuite dans le parking.

Premier accueil un peu moyen mais après plutôt satisfaite. Juste pas de lit bébé proposé je pensais qu'il serait mis en automatique. De plus pas de micro onde à disposition pour chauffer les biberons en toute autonomie (personnel disponible pour chauffer )

wonderful time spent here, this hotel has all accommodations you need. Location is exceptional, close to the Vincennes Castel and close to RER A /Metro 1 to visit Paris. We went to ZOO at Vincennes and enjoyed a lot our stay here. People from Hotel are extremely helpful and recommend to us a great Italian restaurant for lunch. Breakfast is homemade. I will definitively book another stay here during an upcoming opportunity. Thank you !
