お料理も美味しく、従業員の方のサービスも良かった。こじんまりとしていて、のんびり出来た。

とっても静かで、きれいなホテルでした。 カンクン内ではないので、とても落ち着いており、プライベートビーチもとてもきれい。しかも食事が美味しくて、無料の朝のフルーツは特に大満足でした。朝食は無料で、しかも夕飯もリーズナブル。名前を覚えてくれ、とってもフレンドリー。読んでくれるタクシーの値段もも安心だし、かわいい動物園やバーもついていて、朝から夜まで楽しめるホテルだと思います。 又泊まりたいです。

Yes, stocked enough in the room. A robe would be nice as well as more towels. All was wonderful though, property beautiful with all the plants inside too. The size of the property was perfect; good was great for what i tried at lunch. Drinks and staff very very good

Todo es súper caro, en el bar una paloma con tequila básico $340?!! Y la cena “precio especial” $650 cada persona por 3 tacos de lechón relleno negro y un postrecito, las bebidas son aparte… no vale la pena. Las habitaciones súper simples y se escucha todo!! Si tienes vecinos con niños arriba o al lado, prepárate para escuchar los pasos, gritos, etc. no es para descansar.

Petit hôtel familial très sympathique. Très joli jardin avez Koatis, ratons laveurs... Bon petit déjeuner. Pour le dîner ils font des efforts pour varier. Personnel adorable. La plage doit être parfaite quand il n’y a pas de sargasses. Quand nous y étions, les plages de playa del carmen ont été envahies...dommage

This is a small well run beach hotel - we stayed in a bungalow right on the beach it was cosy clean and generally fab. Half board - the food was very good like being in a restaurant with no corners cut. The staff were always cheerful abd helpfull We would happily stay here again and recommend it

We all loves our stay so much. Utter relaxation, great beach with loungers where you could order drinks and food. The staff was truly lovely. Room was clean and spacious. We couldn't have asked for anything more. And the food at the restaurant was actually good. I was a bit apprehensive due to the other reviews but breakfast had many options. Dinner offerd salad and soup every night, as well as multiple options for main course. Portions aren't huge but I didn't mind. The quality was really good and tasty.

Rooms were clean and all amenities in working order, we were in the hotel area. We had breakfast included in our stay and the food was very good. The prices for lunch or dinner are very high if you are wanting to stay at the hotel.I would pay half the price they ask for the same meal in Canada. We did not find any public restaurants within walking distance on the beach, so no other options for meals. Your only option is to eat at the hotel restaurant or go into playa del carmen by taxi.

I had a good stay, but this place is a bit off the beaten path with not a lot near it. If you plan on exploring a lot, I would book somewhere else. Everything else was great though.

Very nice hotel. Not cheap but that helps keep a good crowd. No visitors were rude or hollering, unlike other AI resorts. Beach was nice. Easy to find sunbathing chairs. Beachfront restaurant was fantastic. Food was great. Access to the hotel from the road is not great - road is bumpy and through a back alley. Staff was great. Polite, personable, friendly. Taco night and barbecue nights were fantastic. Need more dinner nights on the beach patio!!!
