とてもフレンドリーで温かく迎え入れてくださるホテルでした。清潔で必要なものは揃っています。朝から観光を入れていたので朝食をいただく余裕がなかったのですが、多くの方がお食事されていました。入り口までがテラスのようになっており、喫煙し、談笑している方もよくみかけました。 バスも地下鉄も近く、出かけるのも便利です。ブカレスト北駅から電車に乗りたかったので、この立地を選びました。私は早朝から25分歩きましたが、バスも走っていますし、交通の便はとてもよいです。

エレベーターが故障中で階段を登るのが大変だった

壁が非常に薄く、廊下を歩いている音でさえ部屋の中に響いて眠れなかった。スタッフの対応はよかった。

シャワーの水量が少ないのは仕方ないにしても、2日目にバスタオルを交換してくれてなかったのは残念だった。 レセプションは凄く丁寧で親切だった。

非常に良いホテルである。広々としており清潔で快適だし朝食がとても良い。従業員もとても親切である。ブカレストを訪れるすべての旅人に薦めたい。

設備は整っているので非常に過ごしやすく快適でした。ホテルは大通りから分岐した通りにあるのでちょっと見つけづらいですね。

フロントの担当者の方には大変お世話担ったのですが、部屋のメイドさんがいい加減な掃除をしているので、下のカーペット(ベットの傍の移動可能な厚手のカーペット)にダニが居たらしく、足だけかなり刺されました。掃除のいい加減さを証明する物としては、前日にこぼしたお菓子の欠片がそのまま残って致し、トイレに少し着いた汚物がそのまま残っていた。恐らくタオルも交換して無いと思うし、シーツは確実に交換していなかった。

とても綺麗で良いホテルではある。 スタッフ（多分オーナー？）はとても丁寧で気さくな方であり、とても安心できる方だった。 しかし、ホテル内にエレベーターが無いため、重いスーツケースを自力で運ぶ必要があること 室内が暖房を付けてないはずなのに非常に暑かった点はマイナス 全体的には良いホテルではある。

This property was very disappointing. I arrived there after midnight and was immediately met with a broken toilet. They were kind enough to provide a bucket that I could fill with water to flush. The elevator was broken so I had to drag my luggage up and down several flights of stairs. The overall property is very old and certainly not a three star property. Closer to 1-2 stars. They still use metal keys to open the room doors! Luckily Expedia stepped up and moved me immediately to another property which saved my trip! Thank you to Expedia for outstanding customer service!

Great

Good location, very clean and fresh room with AC and heating, very friendly and helpful staff and super pleasant visit overall. Only remark I have is that my pillow was very hard, but that is a matter of personal preference. :)

This central location is a great place where to stay quiet, good ambience, clean, great staff and have a good price

While the building is certainly dated, the location is close to Central Budapest and Old Town, making it easy to explore on foot or by an inexpensive Bolt ride. The attentive staff made the stay, though. From the moment I arrived, Daniel made me feel welcome, assisting with luggage, providing directions to local stores and restaurants, and serving breakfast in the mornings. The cook, housekeeper, and night staff were equally impressive. When I departed, the night manager even accompanied me to wait on my airport ride at the road, since it was about 3:15 in the morning, after providing a very early breakfast.

El desayuno es delicioso, especialmente el cafe que prepara Daniel. Esta muy bien ubicado y comunicado entre el aeropuerto y la Ciudad. El hotel es precioso antiguo, limpio y muy tranquilo. Pase unos dias maravillosos. Gracias a todos!

Very nice hotel in a quiet area , friendly staff and 25 minutes walk to the old town

Clean and nice room, very helpful staff, everything as described, a very value for money stay. Breakfast and coffee were also very good
