海が部屋から見える眺めの良いホテルです。海岸へ降りるロープウェイにも、街にも近いです。ホテルから道に出るのに、短いですがかなりの坂を登ります。

良い点 ・海が見えて解放感がある。 ・スタッフが親切。 ・バスターミナルまで徒歩3分、ケーブルカーまで徒歩5分、メッシーナ門まで徒歩10分。 ・海を見渡せるプール。 ・部屋が広い。 残念な点 ・ファミリールームはバルコニーがなかった

部屋からの景色が素晴らしく、メインストリートからやや（徒歩5分ほど）離れているため静かで最高の環境でした。 バスターミナルに近いのも便利です。 スタッフもとても親切で、快適なステイでした。 ホテルのエントランスから建物まで、車用のスロープを降りて行かなくてはならず、ラゲージを持っての上り下りは結構たいへん。 それが唯一の難点ですね。

It's nice breezing from the sea. It's close to city center. Good transportation of buses and ropeway.

眺めの良いリゾートホテルですが、斜面にあるため駐車場へのアクセスが難しい。フロントの一部のスタッフの接客態度が良くなく、翌日の荷物の預けも駐車場の利用も拒否されました。飛行機のリコンファームについて聞いても自分でインターネットでやれと言われました。そのPCもWinXPで古く使用が困難でした。

まずこのホテルが４つ星て本当ですか？ チェックイン、アウト時の荷物運びはポーターサービスがありますが、ホテルが道路の下にあり長いスロープの坂と階段の昇降には外出するたびにため息がでます！シニアにはきついです！ 部屋はスーペリアツインのシャワーのみの部屋でしたが、シャワールームが狭すぎてまともに体が洗えません。 椅子を使うと多少は楽かも？部屋も思ったより狭いです。また部屋の椅子を引きずる音が相当響きストレスを 感じます！ここは保養地なのに洗濯機がありません。３泊４泊する方は手洗いです。 朝食も質素な感じでした。 フロントの対応はあまりホスピタリティは感じませんでした。（こちらも語学力がなかったのもあると思いますが）全体的にストレスフリーではないホテルでした！！

バスターミナルから近く、イゾラベラへ行くロープウェイにも近い、アクセス抜群のホテルです。ホテルのロビーへは、急な坂道と階段を下りていきます。帰る時など荷物は、ホテルのスタッフが、道路まで運んでくれました。レストランやプールからの眺めが最高でした。

立地、部屋（特にテラス）、すべてよかったです。大きくないホテルなので別荘にいるような気分でした。 チェックインの時に、フロントの女性が「ちょうど部屋が空いているのでgrade-upしておきます」と言ってくれたのですが、 この一言が私の至福の宿泊となったのです。感謝感激です。

The hotel is charming, great views. The staff was extremely helpful and the place was very clean. Very close to the town center.

4 min walk from bus station...even with large bags OK! Excellent staff...helped with bags to rooms, with suggestions and more. Fantastic breakfast included. Clean rooms. 2 min walk to vernacular to beach . 8 min walk to Corso Umberto. FYI very steep driveway you have to walk up each time you leave the hotel...but they will help you with bags upon departure. VERY happy with our 4 night stay.

The property is dated. There are not enough outlets in the room to charge a couple of phones and tablets. Walls are thin and you can hear the neighbors. There are many, many stairs and steps, so if you have mobility issues, be aware. Do not eat in the restaurant. It is horrible. However, the view is spectacular, the pool is huge and the staff is friendly. Breakfast is okay so long as you stay away from the very cold scrambled eggs, sausage and bacon.

Excellent hotel with a good b’fast, pool with beautiful views overlooking the sea and the hills. The sunrise was simply breathtaking. Staff were very willing to help. Best wishes!

Yes the staff was excellent

We are so happy to stay in the 4 star hotel. It offers parking which is convenient for people renting cars, it is within walking distance to the town center and close to good restaurants and shopping and on top of it. It has elevators;)

The hotel was lovely and the front desk was very helpful. I did not feel very special though. I think we had the worst room the hotel had and there was no room upgrade even though it was not at full capacity. I went to breakfast and my daughter came a little later. One of the servers was quite rude and said I could not order coffee twice and spoke quite loudly about it. Others thought it was very rude as well.
