Everything was very nice. There were ants on the desk, which is where we kept several bags. Other than that, it was fine.

The room was clean and the staff were helpful.

Way Overpriced - rooms are basic and a bit worn Did enjoy our view of the woods and privacy

The toilet was dirty and the shower head wasn’t working properly. Their conditioner also wasn’t working properly.

This hotel was a little worn-out looking, but the front desk staff was very friendly. There are plenty of places for food and shopping nearby.

We had booked 4 nights in a suite for 4 persons. It did not start so well. The room door was open when we arrived and it looked like someone had been in the beds. The toilet in our room was broken, the flush leaver was not attached. The room only had 2 towels despite being booked for 4. We were moved to a standard room that did not have the additional space we paid for. The girl in the reception promised that the manager would contact us for compensation… In the afternoon on the second day we were moved back into the first room, still not equipped with towels for the four of us, and dirty one left on the sink, possibly from the Plummer that fixed the toilet? Beds were in the same state. We also complained about the jackhammer noises that came from the downstairs public A/C unit. Complained about that, nothing happened. When you book a room with breakfast included you expect to actually find basic breakfast elements like bread and yoghurt, not at this hotel! Second morning we did not get any bread. Third day two of us got bread, no yoghurt in site. Fourth morning still no yogurt and only blueberry bagels. For the fifth morning made in a different reservation the yoghurt was still not there!!! I brought our own as this was as I expected. When you at Friday night get promised that the manager will get in contact regarding compensation and that person still have not contacted us at checkout on Wednesday morning there is little hope that they will pay attention to this comment!

Everything looks updated and nice but the housekeeping doesn't clean the rooms well. There was sticky blue stuff all over the night stand.

The front desk was amazing

First room that gave us, the TV did not work. They forgot about us and I had to go down to remind them we needed a new room. Got the new room and ititially though it was fine... that is until about midnight, when I found out that the door was not able to "latch". Anyone could just walk in. Expedia said that the total price we would pay was $99. I asked for a printout of charges before leaving, and it indicated $92 (nclusive of all charges). When I got my CC statement, they had charge me $117. Will not return

Staff was great. Stay was not. Pool was cold, unfortunately, which was the reason we selected this hotel. Also there was no hot tub though some pictures reflect there was a hot tub at some point. Tv in room only had maybe 10 stations and the remote didnt work so had to change channels manually. Fan in bathroom sounds broken. Bed was comfy but next time will not stay here.

One of the main selling points to this hotel was the breakfast included. I was pleasantly surprised by the selection day to day. I also liked that it wa close to shopoing and food. The hotel staff were pleasant and usually always greeted me when I came back and acknowledged me when I was heading out for the day.

Very clean and spacious comfortable room

It was ok. It was renovated, but you could tell some parts were still pretty old. Pool area was small and not well kept. Air conditioning was not running in the lobby on a very hot day. Staff was annoyed when asked for pool towels

Phenomenal staff- even in the face of some belligerent customers. Beyond that, this is the hotel-iest hotel that ever hotel-ed. Exactly what you'd expect from a hotel- no more, no less. Location is very suburban- 20-25 minutes from everything.
