Very well kept historical hotel and grounds.

The place was nice and there were many place to eat that is walk distance, close to everything even downtown and interstate highways. Location was and is good.

Very nice

Excellent customer service at check in; Room was very spacious and clean- bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was ok but there was a Waffle House across the street. Dove products in the bathroom- VERY NICE!

Clean hotel, very willing to make their guests comfortable.

We came in from Colorado and our little 6lb dog travels with us. This was the only place that allows pets. This hotel was super accommodating and the staff were very nice and helpful. Our only small issue was we had to run the hot water for 10-15mins before it would get hot.(juat felt bad wasting water like that) and also the pillbugs or rolly poly bugs was coming in the room overnights. We weren't bothered by them at all but some guests may be. Also the trash container outisde the back door was never emptied and overflowing for the 3 days we stayed. But all in all it was a great room with comfy beds, we will stay there again!

Hotel was fine but not picturesque. Breakfast was great. Staff was friendly and helpful. Hotel was a little removed from the historic downtown, but we had a car so thst wasn’t a problem. We like going for walks but were limited to highway shoulders.

Over booked. Told me that “customer cancelled” stay… I did not cancel our stay. I was calling to confirm a pack and play for our 18 month old to sleep in after a 10 hour drive. The lady I spoke with said she would talk to her manager and get back to me regarding our stay AND NEVER DID! To make things worse We didn’t get a refund.

Drove 4 hours to find out they overbooked and did not have a room for us. We booked a month in advance and was never notified that it was cancelled by holiday inn or hotels.com. We were also never refunded any money so I now have to wait till Monday to talk to somebody about getting a refund. Staff didn’t care and said the employees were just stressed out. They told us to just deal with hotels.com

I paid for a room with a hot-tub but was placed in regular room. They couldn’t refund me the difference because I paid through 3rd party. This is my favorite place to stay when I travel to Corsicana, even with that mistake my stay was amazing up until last night. There was a party in the room above mine. I called front desk in hopes that they would take care of this but nothing was really done the ppl above me were extremely loud with music, yelling, and stomping through out the entire night. Just that one night was the worst hotels experience I’ve ever had. I had a 8 hour drive ahead and no sleep. I do recommend this place the staff and room service is great although if you stay through out the weekend you might experience a restless night.
