Staff was great but you could hear every door shut all around you so if someone was in and out all night you would never sleep due to the noise. Didn’t get a chance to get from being up all night. Housekeeping was as loud as the guess when cleaning in the morning so forget sleeping in.

The shops nearby were good. The service at cracker Barrel Restaurant was extremely slow. We felt somewhat safe!

Breakfast was on point each morning; Staff was awesome also.

Parking was great. That was not my issue.Phone in the room did not work, there were not enough towels, no facial tissue in the room. I had to go to the front desk to get these items! Ice machine on my floor was not working. I will not stay at this hotel!!

We arrived Friday evening. Our room was filthy. Black mildew in our shower with black all on bottom. Cleaning supplies left in room. Dried liquid on night stand that wasn’t cleaned. Notified staff that night, they said they had no other rooms available in the suites. We were fine with that as long as they cleaned the next day. The next day, I stopped by front desk to make sure they were going to clean it. They assured me they would. When we returned later that evening, they did not clean anything besides taking our dirty towels and leaving 2 towels. (There were four of us.) do not stay here, highly recommend finding elsewhere.

I loved the location of this hotel and it was very nice inside. I booked a handicapped room and the door to the outside and parking was right beside our room. It would’ve been perfect but the key card wouldn’t work on the door (not just my key card, all key cards). You could get out but not back inside. You had to walk around the building to enter in the front which defeats the purpose of the door being beside the handicap rooms. I mentioned it to the front desk employee on the first day and he said he would call maintenance to repair it. It was never repaired and we were there for 4 days. Frustrating This is the only issue we had. Everything else was perfect! The breakfast was great, the hotel looked and smelled clean and my mother loved the roll in shower.

Friendly staff

Everything was awesome! If I ever go back that way and need a stay I will definitely stay there. Also the lady at the front desk was so nice. The room was clean and very comfortable.

Our stay was great. We stayed for an Auburn game and the hotel was very convenient. Right off the interstate and near restaurants. The staff were very friendly and the room was clean and comfortable. Definitely family friendly and we would stay again.

The bed was uncomfortable. The shower, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash were of poor quality. The commode ran intermittently while we were there and didn't appear to be clean.

Nice room and breakfast was great, bed slept good. Only negative thing needed better cleaning. There were few strands of hair on the bed and on bathroom floor.

I didn't like that house keeping wasn't an eveyday thing i would have like to have the trash taken out and fresh towels without having to request it but the staff were very helpful with anything we needed when we requested so that's the positive

Check in and staff at desk great. Room was absolutely gross. Eye lashes (fake) in top drawers (used) DISGUSTING!! Floor not vacuumed: corn chips, bug casings, bugs, black curly hair all over rug. Bathroom had filth all over floors and baseboards, dried piss on side of floor, mold all over tub tile especially around the base of tub. PEOPLE, let me tell you and I’m not lying I have pictures!!! Ramen noodles cooked dried up on the sheets at the bottom of the bed under the comforter….swear!!!! Have pics too!! Blood stains on sheets also. Now we booked this particular hotel because of the outside pool. We also allotted time to enjoy the pool. People I’m telling you we would have been in the ER experiencing full blown MERSA if we had even placed a toe in that pool. Now mind you no one states any where on the website or IN PERSON when checking in that the pool is DISGUSTING!!! I myself even asked how to access the pool. It had a thin mucous film on top of the water and green. I thought the ocean has been brought in and placed in this chlorinated (no way) pool!!! Also, I don’t think I mentioned the stagnant smell that drifted off the pool. Staff at desk were quick to Remedi the floor by using a vacuum and changed sheets. However, I was so worried about the issues (being a nurse and germaphobe) i did not sleep! This place is the WORST OF THE WORST. Next morning we were so afraid to eat their because of the filth. We packed up placed everything in plastic bags and got out of dodge!

Our window leaked when it rained and their were stains on our bed. Our TV alao went out and was laggy/cut out. Cleanliness could've been better however staff was friendly.

Comfortable beds. Clean rooms. The breakfast offered good options but they often ran out of the more popular options before the end of breakfast.
