Bathroom was horrible dirty

We were pleasantly surprised by the staff who were friendly and knowledgeable about the area and by the room which was clean and roomy and comfortable and by the breakfast which was one of the best I hae experienced.

The level of consideration and service for guests was extremely high. The breakfast was quite good, and the staff were efficient and friendly. Far better than hoped for from a holiday inn express in a somewhat remote place!!

Everything was wonderful. The front desk attendants were so welcoming and hospitable. They offered home baked cookies and lemonade as a special treat, as well as other snacks. They even had a welcome package with information about the surrounding area, coupons for dining options, and national park information. You could tell they had pride in their community and in their hotel. The rooms were clean and comfortable. We love the Dove products and the full-sized bottles. They are great for the planet and easy to use! Breakfast options were good and tasty (but I wish your gravy didn't have sausage in it since I'm a vegetarian). Oh, well. Breakfast was still good with other options. Our room was pretty close to the highway but it wasn't loud at all and the blackout curtains did their job perfectly well. We slept quite well. We would highly recommend this hotel!

The staff was amazing! From the second we checked in, the front desk attendant, was very kind and attentive. Gave us suggestions for places to eat dinner. Very friendly. Hotel was clean and had what we needed…just slightly outdated. The ceilings still had the old cottage cheese ceilings.

Nice place to stay in Alamosa. A bit noisy because its near the highway but they thoughtfully provide ear plugs.

Somebody threw up in the pool. They shut down the pool and hot tub. We were just checking in so we chose to cancel our reservation. It was a little difficult getting Expedia on board with the last minute cancellation, but hopefully we will get a credit…
