There is mold in the bathroom

Re noisy…there was a popping/banging sound every night right outside window. We were on the 4th floor. Thought it was a branch hitting window but it was not. Otherwise we were quite pleased. Room on the small side though. Location great as it was next to a grocery store.

This is a nice property to stay in if visiting Cosenza. I appreciated that breakfast was available and things were kept clean

Personale molto accomodante e gentile,colazione ottima ed abbondante, stanze non molto aggiornate come interni e rubinetterie un po ossidate.Ottimo il parcheggio privato gratuito e coperto a circa 30 metri dall’hotel.

Très bien sauf le matelas à ressort doit être changer impossible de dormir cela fait très mal

Hotel confortevole e elegante

Avevo già soggiornato qualche anno fa e mi ero trovato benissimo. A dire il vero ho notato un calo importante neila cura del cliente. Innanzitutto cosa alquanto spiacevole e’ la mancanza assoluta di presenza alla portineria dalle 23 alle 7 del mattino… Assurdo per un 4****. Il set bagno davvero molto ma molto scadente con addirittura la bustina dello shampoo tipo pensione di infima categoria. Da brividi. Colazione invece decisamente di categoria con salato e dolce soddisfacente. Camere pulite ed ordinate. Comunque per essere un4**** e per quel che si paga occorre migliorare.

Materasso e guanciali da sostituire. Tv da aggiornare

Excellent hotel and location.

It is a great place to stay first off they are pet friendly and it was clean all employees were nice and helpful. and when we arrived at the train station there were no Taxi and I could get no help from the train personal are the police he refused to help me. So I called Motel and they got me a taxi in 5 minutes. And the drive was great.and then found out they had a restaurant made thing so better and easier. Love the Place. For a great to stay book them you will love every minute.

It is a common hotel, does not excell in any category

La habitación muy bien pero la bañera un poco complicada para regular el agua caliente, no pude ducharme bien ya que salia poco caudal y salía o demasiado caliente o fria

The hotel was clean and staff friendly and helpful. Good standard of hotel. We had a meal in the restaurant the first night which was very good, but we weren't aware that the restaurant was closed on Sunday, which left us with a problem where to eat, as a lot of the places were closed on Sundays. Luckily there was a good supermarket next door so we bought some rolls and cheese and ham and ate in the room. I believed that hotels should provide a place to have something to eat. We wouldn't have booked here if we had known. Couldn't get the safe to work and the fridge wasn't really cold enough. The area around the hotel wasn't that good and not many restaurants within walking distance. Cosenza is a nightmare of one way streets so also difficult to get to the hotel.

The Hotel itself is fine. There was isn’t much around the hotel. Not the hotel’s fault. I would choose a different location in the future.
