朝食があまり充実していませんでした。バリアフリーの部屋があり車椅子の方や高齢者が多いようでした。普通に泊まるには問題ありません。暑かったですが、エアコンが入りません。ミネラルウォーター無し、冷蔵庫が無しです。

カードロック不良につき、何度か試さないと部屋に入れない。 湯船なし 店員の対応は普通 朝食はまずい←イギリスでは普通かもしれない

Convenient and cheap, but impossible to cool room even in a very cold May. Staff were very pleasant, breakfast was good, beds were comfortable and shower was reasonable. Unfortunately you couldn't open the windows and there was no AC, only heating/fan, so despite us going in a cold snap in May the room was far too hot to sleep comfortably, it wasn't helped by having very thick duvets. Might stop here again in winter but certainly no in summer

Absolutely no problem with this hotel. Excellent location for us. Clean room, good beds, and plenty of choice for breakfast. Would quite happily stay again.

Have stayed in a lot of Holiday Express hotels and have to say this one was the best excellent.

Overall, it was a nice hotel. The property was generally clean and well maintained. However, we think the bathroom could use some renovation. The hotel is a bit far from the city centre, but the parking fee was quite reasonable, which was a plus. The breakfast was slightly below our expectations. Based on the reviews, the hotel was rated as “top rated” which naturally raised our expectations. We honestly couldn’t understand what justified that rating. We’ve had quite a lot of hotel experience across the UK, and I would say this was one of the more average breakfasts we’ve had. That said, all the staff were friendly, welcoming, and hardworking. I would especially like to mention Valerie and Emily😇 They were absolutely amazing and really made our stay more enjoyable. Thank you!

Very small hotel parking, which charges £5/night. Much larger car park next doors. We had a very slow check in with the receptionist doubling up as a waiter whilst trying to check us in (????). Room was ok. Toilet very low and leaning to one side. Beds comfortable. Apart from a few kids running up and down the corridor in the evening, the night was very quiet. Breakfast was a buffet, which was nice. This includes a cooked breakfast. Would we stay again? Not sure. We wanted to go to the Norfolk Antiques Fair, so the hotel is not far from the show ground. If you’re looking for a centrally located hotel then this is not the hotel for you.

Great place to stop overnight or for longer stay,lovely and quiet, rooms were spacious and warm with air conditioning if needed. Service was excellent as was the free breakfast next morning 😊 The only disappointment was that you have to pay £5 to park the car overnight☹️

The hotel and our room were very clean but extremely tired. Staff were very helpful but I would only rate as average compared to other Holiday Inn Express we have used. Breakfast was poor with very dry scrambled egg, a coffee machine which refused to make anything that resembled coffee and a toaster which don’t toast!

First room had six bright light coming through the bottom of the door I couldn’t get to sleep. Was woken up by loud thumping music coming from sports hall next door. Couldn’t shower for more than 2 mins or the shower would flood. Next room had black mould in the shower, poorly repaired door handles and the toilet rocked feeling like it was going to come off the wall when sat on. Finally the breakfast plates are the size of a bread plate - tiny - so you couldn’t even have a full cooked breakfast from the breakfast buffet cause one of each item didn’t fit on the plate.
