総合評価とレビュー Holiday Inn SANTEE by IHG, an IHG Hotel

朝食付きのプランにしましたが、朝食がとっても美味しい。プールはインドアだけれども、浮き輪、ビーチボール等で遊べてよかった。ただ、洗濯機が1つしかなく、壊れていたので使えなかったのが残念。

The entire hotel smelled musty, the first room they gave us wreaked of cigarettes, the second room after complaining was barely better. The room was freezing when we walked in but after turning the air up some we soon found out why. It turned into a tropical rain forest of humidity in our room. There was so much condensation on the entry way floor it made it slick to walk on. Breakfast was a joke. I added toast to my order that was an up charge of three dollars and when it came it was one single piece of bread cut in half. Top ten worst hotel experiences of my life.

Air conditioning was broken. No air or fan in the bathroom which caused it to be about 10-15 degrees hotter than the hot room. Door key card worked intermittently. Elevator door would not open. Cops showed up twice. Pretty sure the neighboring occupants were having a party at 2 am.

Had a great stay, nice pool, comfy room. Front desk associate Shirmal was so kind and professional. Would’ve rated service higher but night and morning associates didn’t even acknowledge when coming in or dropping keys. Indoor pool was an added bonus.

Nice place to stay when traveling 95. They have a restaurant with nobody in it. We had breakfast included but I had to go to the desk to find out where the waitress was. The breakfast was very good, but if you are looking for an early start this is not the place for you.

Needs Reno an and updates badly. In disrepair all over the property

Convenient location. Room was clean but had a musty odor. Very comfortable beds, would definitely stay here again.

Rooms and facilities are a bit tired. They are renovating. Not worth the price until they are done renovations.

It was a good stay with friendly and helpful staff! My only complaint was the hallways smelled like per urine.

Bathroom shower leaked and service was poor to almost nonexistent in the dining room.

Other places have free breakfast. This hotel did not. I don't mind if the cost for the night is reasonable.

Friendly staff

I had booked this hotel and discovered it was a tad beyond our turn off. However we were not disappointed! And it turned out it wasn’t that much out of our way. After traveling all day this looked like a newly built hotel. So the little newly added conveniences were appreciated. I kept thinking “ Wow! Someone put a lot of thought into adding that!”. The best thing was a freezer compartment in the frig in the room so I could freeze my ice blocks overnight. The a small restaurant was attached to the hotel. It had a limited menu but after traveling all day it was nice just to chill there, get a drink at the little bar and enjoy whining down for the day. We didn’t have to go out to eat or try to find a delivery. Beds were comfortable. Overall worth a booking if you find yourself near Santee.
