非常にお得でした。

周りにあまりお店がない点がきになりましたが、部屋も綺麗で満足しました。

空港近くで安く泊まれて便利でした。歩けばマックやガソリンスタンドのスーパーもあります。 ただ、シャワーヘッドがシャワーカーテンに向いている為、ヘッドを持って使わない限り床がびしょ濡れになります。床との段差も洗濯パン位の差しかないので濡らさずに使うのは無理だと思う。 是非、ガラス扉に付け替えて頂きたいです。

深夜の到着便でしたが、ホテル近くのコンビニで、水やウィスキーを購入出来ました。

Located only 3 minutes from Stansted Airport, the shuttle bus is 24 hours and runs every 30 minutes. Perfect choice if you have early morning flight. Breakfast it’s included in the price and starts at 4 am with takeaway service if your fly it’s early.

Reasonable stay for an overnight accommodation.

Staff were lovely but checked in for 4 people. The sofa bed was the most uncomfortable you could possibly imagine. None of the sockets were working and we called reception and they told us they already know about it. They switched us rooms and this room smelt badly of smoke, the carpet's are filthy and stained and the bed had big stains on the sheets.

The bed felt like a trampoline, and the room door mechanism was partly broken. But all in all a fairly good experience. Friendly staff!

All the staff were excellent and made you feel welcome.

Very convenient for the airport with 24 hour shuttle. Clean with a small but well catered resteraunt. One minus point was I was unable to post a package from the front desk and was directed to go bavk the airport as the nearest podt box.

We had a little issue at check in with the room type, but the lady at the check in counter was kind and accommodating. And after a long flight that was very nice. Its a convenient location to stansted airport, with a shuttle that runs 24/7 for those ridiculously early flights. Would definitely recommend.

We had booked a standard room and the picture showed a double bed however we arrived and I got into the room and it was two single beds for me and my girlfriend, I went to ask if we could get a double bed as I said there was no option and they said a standard room gives you whatever there is available, when we got into the room the air conditioning did not work and it was far too hot in the room and we had to keep going outside just to get some fresh air and cool down and we got barely any sleep because of this.

Good food, breakfast was way better than I expected, the doors could do with some soundproofing where the door meets the frame as there’s quite a gap for noise to enter the room but other than that very happy with the room and Hotel.

Great overnight stay here. Real nice staff, Jasmine at reception very efficient. Restaurant has good food, and breakfast is very very good

Room was very hot, had a random phone call at 2am which woke us out of a deep sleep which wasn’t handy giving we had to be up at 5am for our flight! Early breakfast buffet wasn’t great.

Room was ok if a little dirty. It had a sofa bed I could not put away which took up most of the space in the room and the bathroom shower drain kept making gurgling noises all night even though I did not use it.
