とても良いホテルでした。アメリカでは、同じチェーンであっても部屋の内容に一貫性がなく、スイートでお願いしても普通の部屋にしかみえないこともよくありますが、こちらは、きちんとスイートでした。(といってもベットルームに続く応接スペースという感じですが。値段以上のバリューを感じました。田舎ですから、この値段は当然という方もいるでしょうが、田舎なのにということも多々あります。同じチェーンの中でもランクが高いホテルだと思いました。

Clean, up to date quiet all around pleasant

I booked this hotel as pet friendly as listed on Expedia’s site!!!!! WRONG!!!!! I was lucky to find another that significantly more expensive. Last year Expedia booked me a room in Idaho or Utah when I searched for a room in Kingland, Az. I have now paid two rooms that could not use because of Expedia. Needless to say, I will never book from Expedia again and will make sure to share my horrible experience with anyone that will listen or read my posts. Also, your customer service is just as bad as you website. I contacted customer service via email, since your phone number is all but impossible to find. One year later, I still have not heard from anyone.

We love this hotel. The staff is always so friendly and we stay here everytime we go to Las Vegas. The rooms are clean. The beds are ever so comfortable.

Coffee maker in room wasn’t working. Elevator wasn’t working when we were ready to leave. It was eventually fixed but it put us about a half hour behind. Our room was on the 3rd floor and far away from the parking.

Room appears clean. Bed was comfortable and sheets were clean. Bathroom is shabby and needs updating. Floor needs a deep clean, shower curtain and towels were yellow and dingy and should be replaced.

Not many options in Tucumcari so…. Floor vinyl “wood” strips were completely loose in both rooms. Showers, just no. Breakfast offering is as expected. I spend a lot of time in hotels. But they were out of 70% of the offerings. Nice people.

While this location seems a bit pricey, I am seldom disappointed with my stays at Holiday Inns. This one is no exception. Everything was great. The room was clean and stocked. We had a nice view, and it is not far from our favorite restaurant in the area (Del's). Easy access on and off the Interstate. The breakfast was very good - the best biscuits! The A.M. front desk agent was so pleasant. I have stayed here before and would stay again.
