I really enjoy myself and very friendly. My family and I will be going back next July. Didn’t want to leave today

Beds were dirty, hair all over the sheets.

Love staying here every time we come to Muskogee. Staff are AWESOME people. See yall in November.

All the staff were very attentive and kind. The breakfast was great. The room was clean for the most part. Our tub stopper was broken and the tv channels were more limited then other hotels on kids channels but other than that it was a good experience.

We got to the hotel June 20 and we looked to make sure there wasn’t any bed bugs and did not notice any until my husband and son woke up the next day and have bites all over them and there was blood all over the bed. We had to throw all of our luggage away and bring all of our stuff home in trash bags . I just wanted to cry because luggage isn’t cheap . Please be careful when staying at Holiday inn express

This is definitely one of the best hotels I've ever stayed in! It was quite, clean, roomy, and very comfortable. The staff was awesome!

Photos are a lot better than what you get. It's a run down hotel. After a long day on the road i wanted to treat the family to a pool and hot tub before bed. The area was very run down. They have a hot tub that's about the size of a bath tub and it's slightly warm. Another couple and their children were in the cramped tub. Space for 1 couple and not hot so that was a huge disappointment. When I informed the front desk she said it can't go hotter, 100 degrees is the max. The room itself isn't horrible, but i am used to places that have a small kitchenette also have some dishes. This place all the cabinets were bare.

It was amazing super clean, and breakfast was great. Those biscuits meat with eggs were excellent. to Tiffany Kudo's.

Easy access and friendly staff

Did not like that the threat was there that when showering with door open, it would set the alarm off. I guess they had that happen often, because fans were running in hallways. Small rooms

The rooms were sparkling clean. The staff were all so friendly!! Susan, in charge of breakfast, was so sweet and helpful!!

Good experience. Easy check-in, nice property, and close to the castle.

The bed was so comfortable and the various different types of pillow comfort was excellent. As I like medium firm pillows and soft pillows. The breakfast was excellent too
