My stay was overall good. The front desk is professional and the breakfast was good.

The towels were filthy once they were wet the tub wasn’t clean it was noisy the breakfast and staff Was nice.. please get some new towels ASAP.. I spent 30.00 on towels

Awesome stay awesome breakfast clean room

The room 406 had something on the wall, tv was not showing clear. The maintenance came in saying he will be back and didn’t we change room to 306 the lights in bathroom blink all the while we stay Friday till Sunday.

Staff was professional and kind. Breakfast was great. Enjoyed my stay for the night.

Rooms need upgrading with all this new technology their was nothing to watch tvs need upgrading mini fridge was terrible other than this the stay was mediocre Holiday Inn is better than this

Great stay

My stay was great overall. My only problem was the shower head was leaky and water came out wildly. Everything else was perfect. From the kind staff to the cleanliness of the room and property.

Clean, quiet. The breakfast was great.

Referred to Greenwood for husband’s outpatient surgery. We were very pleased with our hotel stay.

The stay was great! . The air didn’t work so well , but maybe I didn’t know how to work the thermostat . However, the beds were soft . The rooms and bathrooms were clean . It was a great stay overall . Felicia was also very welcoming and amazing !

The front desk staff especially when you check in after 3 PM.The cooking staff that prepares the breakfast in the morning,They go above and beyond in satisfying the customer. Overall an excellent place to stay with no issues, i would definitely be staying again and i give this establishment 6 stars.

The host was exceptional! She went out of her way to make sure the guests were satisfied. She kept the dinning area clean and stocked! She made us feel welcome!😊

Excellent customer services with all staff.

Recommend Check-in staff understand how to multi-task, and be familiar with area attractions/directions. There was one person at the counter, who was on the phone with an apparent out-of-state guest. I waited almost 15 minutes before she hung up to check me in. She was very polite and courteous, but when asked about local attractions she mentioned just one, and she did not know about a tourist visitor center. The room was fine, but I did inform the staff at check-out that the window blackout shade was inoperative. Whoever had the room before must have pulled too hard and took it off track. However, it also shows that maintenance was not informed of this, nor the broken coffee maker, nor the broken outlet plate near the window. On the positive side, everyone was very nice and courteous, and the breakfast was very good
