Everythingf about this place was great.

I have been come in to this hotel almost every year , this time stay was Horrible!! Room was dirty !! Floor was so dirty, I was afraid to walk even with shoes !!! Stuff was very not nice !! Horrible experience!

Room is clean and stuffs is so friendly. Love to stay there again.

The AC was so loud, it was difficult to sleep. And the walls and doors are paper thin so you could hear the neighbours.

We had cockroaches in our bathroom 2 out of 3 mornings we stayed there!! I killed them and brought them down to the desk both mornings. The first morning the girl said they’d do a deep clean on the room. The second morning I brought one down and the guy could barely speak English and just stood there with a blank look on his face. Once was bad enough but 2 days in a row was totally unacceptable!! We’ve stayed there in the past and it was decent but I’m going to say we’ll never be back!!

Just an overnight on a road trip...but was comfortable and convenient. Only problem was finding the turnoff to the hotel. The sign is there, you see the hotel, but how to get there is momentarily tricky. NOT a reason to not stay there

Our stay was great! The beds were comfortable.

We lost power so we had no hot water no lights in the bathroom and no AC! They said they would refund 10% of what we paid and they never did.

I was expecting our stay to be like our stay there two summers ago as well as the past 30 years of using Holiday Inns. In some ways it was- the room, common areas, and grounds were all clean and well maintained, the outside was well lit and the general comfort met my expectations of a Holiday Inn. In other ways,our recent stay fell short. The man who answered the phone simply said, "Hello?" leading me to have to confirm that I had in fact called the right number. His phone manner wasn't the most inviting, but I didn't really need phone friendliness as much as I needed some questions answered and a clean room. The night shift receptionist was very friendly but oddly greedy with towels. I was allowed one, but reluctantly given two. That was weird, but ok, we made due with what we had. Breakfast was mediocre, but we're fine with the basics and don't need the hot breakfast items (tried them, they were gross). There was a lot of sand on the steps of the pool that looked like people had come straight from the beach and into the pool but the rest of it was clean and the water was just right. I asked if the hotel was under new ownership or management from two years ago and was told, "no" but I believed differently and it was confirmed by a gentleman I met who said he stays there about four times per year on business. Lastly, the cost to stay jumped significantly from last time. I've had better experiences at Holiday Inns including this location, but all in all, it was good.

The hotel offered a comfortable room with a good bed for a reasonable rate.The amenities were adequate. Buffet breakfast was good quality.

Wonderful property, clean and close to restaurants and shopping.

The stay was ok we had no hot water on Friday night and Saturday morning and the elevator wasn't working

Lost power and did not have power for entire stay it flickered on and off

Power issues sucked

We had no power our last night night no fridge no chargers nothing, trying to call first services they keep transferring me calls keep hanging up no one can b help me im very upset I don’t understand how a hotel company can’t help me

I liked everything. No issues.

Well there was no power no elevators & we were on 3rd floor no air conditioner & no hot water dark hallways had to use lighter to c room numbers & they said couldn’t refund money cuz booked thru 3rd party we we’re staying near beach & all hotels around us booked cuz it was July 4th weekend

Staff won’t give blankets or towels. No hot water staff said it was over capacity.
