朝食は最低

駅前で立地・利便性が良い。 スタッフも親切である。

駅前にあるので、電車でくる人には便利。我が家は車で行きましたが、地下駐車場がありました。ホテル内は普通、朝食も付いていました。マイナス点は泊まった部屋が狭く、シャワーしかついていなかったことです。

ﾊﾟﾘからＴＧＶで駅に着いてトランクを引きずっても徒歩１分。メインの観光スポットのグランプラスも徒歩10分くらいです。部屋は広さはまあまあ、シャワーのみ、クローゼットはなく衣類は壁に掛ける。朝食に生のオレンジを自分でジュースにする機械があり最高に美味しかったです

Petit déjeuner frais. Parking est prêt de hôtel.

Frukost; svagt utval av pålägg, påfyllning av komponenter som tog slut dröjde länge. Personal: dåligt informerade om möjligheter i närområdet. Vi frågade efter en matvaruaffär och fick besked att det fanns mer eller mindre utanför entrén vilket inte stämde. En annan personal som tillfrågades senare svarade dock helt korrekt att det inte fanns någon affär i närheten. Närmiljön: mycket trist, utanför frukostrummet var det en bakgård med betongplattor. Det enda som var grönt var kakelplattor på angränsande fasader.

Tout bien. Très bonne équipe. Hotel très agréable. Sauf le rameur de la salle de sport qui est inutilisable (sangles de pieds HS). Ceci doit être réparé..

09:30 breakfast finish,to early

The room was clean and had what we needed, was a nice suprise to find USB and USB-C ports next to the bed. We did require the double bed, sofa bed and a cot so it was a little cramped but that could have just been us. We had a view over the train station which entertained our 4 year old nosing at the train but we never heard the trains. They provided a cot, changing mat and bath seat (only a shower) for our baby which was a pleasant suprise to be given more than a cot. Staff were pleasant and nice enough. We used the underground parking option which fitted our ford transit custom, there was a door to allow us up to reception (found by a fluke) and when we arrived at reception there were renovation works ongoing which meant it had moved. It would have been helpful to have known this in advance (and where they moved recpetion to). Validate parking at reception with the ticket for cheaper parking (cant leave without requiring a new ticket and another charge). Breakfast was nice enough but traveling with a baby who has a cows milk allergy so we often ask for vegan options, I did ask for vegan butter at breakfast but they had no alternatives I did find this disappointing. They only offered soy milk. There were gluten free options but I dont know what they were. I would stay again without hesitation.

Le halle de réception est en travaux, il n'y a plus rien, tout est baché, ne compter pas prendre plaisir à ce niveau (1er point le prix reste pourtant le même ?). 2 point négatif et je n'irai plus dans un seul Holiday Inn et affiliés : j'ai réservé 2 chambres pour 2 adultes/3 nuits, un de mes collègues de s'est pas présenté la 1ère nuit et du coup ils ont pris la décision d'annuler les 2 nuits suivantes, ok pour payer cette nuit pour laquelle mon collègue n'est pas venu mais pas pour les 2 nuits suivantes ? Du coup ma direction souhaitait prendre cette chambre la 2 ème et 3 ème nuit (Facturées), et bien non complet obliger de trouver une alternative et en plus de ça ne les empêche pas de double facturer (Est ce légal ?). Ils se rentranchent sur le fait d'avoir envoyer un texto à mon collègue à 3 h du matin en français alors que mon collègue est néerlandais, pour un groupe américain je trouve ça moyen. C'est pourtant moi qui est effectué la réservation en fait le check in de l'autre chambre vers 17H00, il aurait pu quand même me joindre entre 17H00 et 3H00 du matin, et bien, ils confirment et persistent à me dire que c'est de ma faute ? Innadmissible.
