1週間前にも滞在していて、他国を旅行するのでスーツケースを預かっていてもらえるか聞いたら快く預かっていただき、大変助かりました！

空港からの無料送迎があったので、とても便利でした！ また、朝食付きだったのもとても良かったです。次回もまた利用したいです。

空港から近く無料の送迎バスがあって、早朝の出発にはとても便利でした。 部屋は新しく綺麗でした。 海外用の差し込みプラグがなくてもUSBケーブルで携帯の充電ができました。 ただし朝食が６時～なので、それ以前の出発はお持ち帰り用の朝食を用意してくれましたが、アイリッシュブレックファーストではなく、マフィンとヨーグルトとリンゴだけで飲み物はありませんでした。

Didn’t stay at holiday inn. They moved me next door to crown plaza which is owned by same company. The place was very nice.

Very Nice

We actually ended up staying at the Crowne plaza hotel as holiday inn is under renovation. We were very happy as this was much nicer hotel. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Room was nice. Food was good. Airport shuttle picked us up right outside on time. Would definitely stay here again

Close to the airport. Good restaurant and bar. Excellent buffet breakfast.

We actually stayed at the Crown Plaza Hotel since the HI Express was closed for renovations. The front desk clerk helped us find a Saturday evening mass and arranged taxi transportation to and from church. She was very persistent in making sure we were taken care of!

The room had so much furniture it was like staying in a storage locker, nowhere to even open a suitcase.

This was falsely advertised as Holiday Inn Express which is closed down. Crowns Plaza took their reservations. I felt lied to. I prefer Holiday Inn Express over Crowne Plaza any day. Furniture run down. Large food crumbs on floor and under bed. Staff super friendly and shuttle runs every 30 minutes except when you need it, then it’s an hour and a half for pickup from the airport. Booking not lived up to correct chain or promise.
