まず建物、ロビー、客室のすべての内装がとてもおしゃれでした。チェックイン時間より早くに到着し、荷物を預けるつもりで立ち寄ったのですが、少し待ってくれたらお部屋用意できます、とのことでロビーで珈琲をいただきました。バスタブがないのと部屋が広いので少し寒く感じましたが、熱いシャワーでカバーできました。スタッフは皆さんとても親切で母も喜んでおりました。

Great hotel for the historic section of town. Centrally located. Very walkable. Newly remodeled. Air conditioning was great on warm days. Contemporary interior, very quiet and comfortable. Wonderful full buffet breakfast. We would choose this hotel again.

Great place to stay

Beautiful hotel with very kind and helpful staff. Well located in old Quebec on a quiet street. Great breakfast. The only note would be to keep in mind that there in no elevator.

This was a unique historic hotel with lots of character. The location was ideal. It was smack in the center of everything in old town. The staff was polite and helpful. Everything was spotlessly clean. It was a great value for the money.

Property was immaculate! Parking behind building a plus! And buffet breakfast was actually much more than I expected. Location perfect for Upper and Lower City. Would choose Hotel Acadia again!

Several minutes walk to restaurants and main attractions in the old city. Room is spacious, one king bed in the living room,one queen bed in the seperate bedroom. Staffs are friendly. Breakfast tastes good and has plenty options.

Loved the exposed brick and stone room was very comfortable. Hope to come back again soon!

The breakfast that is included is awesome. There is a very wide selection of food. From fruit and vegetables to eggs, bacon, sausage, pastries, juice, and coffee. The staff were very helpful and friendly.

My mom and I travelled to Quebec City for a weekend and stayed here. The location was wonderful! Located in the upper old Quebec City area there was wonderful restaurants and shopping nearby, and the hotel was an easy walk, or Funicular ride, down to the lower area. The room had plenty of space for two and the bathroom was well equipped. They had wine glasses available in the lobby area, and there was a Nespresso machine both in the room and lobby. The staff was extremely helpful and we were able to store our baggage after check out as we had time between check out and our flight. New towels and a quick tidy were provided daily. Breakfast was excellent and it was a nice perk to have breakfast on site. I would definitely recommend Hotel Acadia and would stay here again.

Lovely hotel centrally located to cafes, sights, and shops. Hot-cold daily breakfast was delicious. Staff were extremely helpful. Our room was charming with stone wall, wood beam, and beautiful nature scene on the wall. Our only concern was the bathroom which was very small for two guests. - We highly recommend this hotel.

We decided we would prefer to be inside the old town but on the edge of the wall and couldn’t have made a better choice The rain was hammering down on arrival 4 hours before checking in time but the staff on reception were able to reassure us in French and English that they would keep hold of our bags and take them to the room when it was available they also opened me to confirm the room was now ready a couple of hours later Lovely spacious room good sized bathroom although toilet area was tight for our size it was as lent yod room to do what you needed to do Breakfast buffet style and a good choice of cereal fruit yogurt delicious bread and scrambled egg hard boiled egg sausage bacon and potatoes and vegetables as well as beans on offer each day as well as salad fruit croissants and cake which was more than enough to see us through. The day If we were to return to Quebec we definitely stay again and would not hesitate to recommend this delightful boutique hotel very much in character with the old town

Un secret bien gardé du vieux Québec. C’est beau, propre, silencieux près des attractions. Je le recommande fortement.

Hotel is in a great location in QC. The room was newly remodeled and very comfortable bed. It is however, an old building (could read charming) but the stairs were steep, circular and creaky. No elevator. Staff did help with bags which was lovely.

The staff were very good. Very helpful and communicative at check in and with any questions we had. Housekeeping and breakfast was very good. Parking, though limited, was appreciated.
