　閑散期に1泊しました。特に問題もなく快適に過ごせました。部屋にミニキッチンが付いていたのが便利でした。

Loved our stay! They had everything to cook with in the room but asked the front desk if they had a griddle to make pancakes, the lady was so nice to really look if they had 1 but they didn’t. But it was ok we made it work with whatever they had in the room.

Nice stay for the price

We were only here for a night. The rooms are newly renovated and so it looks very nice. We had a kitchen our room and spacious bathroom. The only issue I had was a few hairs on the bed linen…

The room was clean and bed was comfortable. The snack pantry near the front desk was pretty bare. Not much food to buy. The only tea bags avaliable in both our room and the pantry was green tea. No sugar free drink options. Such as diet soda or flavored sparkling water zero sugar.

Clean room, friendly staff, free washers and dryers... I can't say enough great things about this place!

Jojo is the worst front desk person, very rude and disrespectful, If I never saw him again it would be too soon.

The rooms were very well supplied with kitchen utensils and cookware. It was spotless and the front desk support was all I could ask for. I will stay there again.

We had a very relaxing restfull weekend. If we visit the area agian Candlewood will be our first choice.

According to ADA regulations, a property is not supposed to require anything of the owner of a service dog that they don’t require of someone without one. I was told that if i didn’t sign the service dog paperwork, they wouldn’t let me check in. This is against federal law. The AC system shuts off at night while you’re asleep because it doesn’t see you moving? Seriously?! We got hot in the night and woke up because of this - very inconvenient and stupid. We asked for an upper floor so that we wouldn’t be awakened by guests above us, they were sold out so we were awakened 2 of 3 nights by loud crashing around in the room above us at 4:30am for an hour and a half solid and again at 5am. The handyman was hammering and using a staple gun this morning at 6:45 in the stairway. We didn’t get much sleep during our stay. The pantry items are priced ridiculously - don’t bother, you won’t sell anything at that price. No breakfast is offered, even though prices are the same as other hotels who do offer it. Pet area grass is shot and bushes are all cut down.

We booked a suite with a kitchenette, it was stocked with everything we needed. We really enjoyed the fresh coffee that was available to guests. Staff are friendly and helpful. Would recommend this property to our friends.

The new reno is very nice.

This was our second stay at this hotel. They have recently remodeled/upgraded the rooms and they are very nice, clean and comfortable. There is now an upgraded AC/heating system that recognizes when you are in the room, has a controlled auto thermostat and is significantly quieter than the old system. The front desk is, as always friendly and helpful. Security is excellent both in the rooms and at the front with the entrance auto locking at 10PM. A great hotel in Oak Harbor!

We had two rooms, one updated and the other one was not. Both clean but nothing special. Front entry/lobby super dark and uninviting. Nothing special just a place to spend a night.

Took my daughter on a 2-week road trip... We stayed at multiple motels in multiple cities and Candlewood was by far the nicest but nowhere near the most expensive. In fact, it was cheaper than most places but Head and shoulders above as far as quality of premises and staff
