The place had a strong odor in the lobby. A dog barked all night outside the hotel! Not exaggerating. The hot water is dangerously hot. It will scald a person if you are not careful. The AC was not keeping up. Everything seems outdated and the price I paid was not worth what we got.

Clean, quiet and shopping and dining was very accessible

Our room was HOT and pretty sure the air conditioner didn't work. It smelled like indian food and the shower drain was disgusting and there were ants crawling on the walls. Never again.

Never disappoints!

Couch was dirty and there was tape around the doorways and windows that was never cleaned off. I assume someone taped lights or balloons around them for their classy hotel party. One full sized bath towel for three guests. Just generally kind of grimy.

Upon arrival the room seemed okay. Then as we got settled we noticed there was a lot of ants. They next day we were moved to a different room, which was next door. When we got to the second room we seen a roach! We complained to management. They said there was nothing they could do besides spray. I requested a refund for my stay and neither the hotel or Expedia has yet to grant my request. Me and my family were in emotional distress thee whole two nights we were there that we couldn’t even sleep. Still waiting for Staybridge or Expedia to grant my request.

We stopped here as a midpoint for our FL trip. The sofa had stains and crumbs all over it. If it wasn’t for the fact we were so exhausted, we would have asked for a different room. Upon checking out the next day, I noticed they still have Christmas garland up—it’s June lol!

The 2bd room site for big families was a plus most hotel don't have a room for 8 ppl in one hotel room and this one does and plus akitchen and complimentary breakfast.

It was supposed to be a 3 day.Stay with my family.The sofa was filthy and the clerk exchanged the room. The couple traveling with us also experienced the same thing. breakfast was horrible. The juice and water equipment was broken and there was only one selection of food.

Great staff & breakfast. Only issue was a water bug one night & ants another morning & we were on the 2nd floor.

The place was clean and in a great location. The staff was polite and helpful.

The toilet wasn't working and after telling staff twice, still no response to correcting the problem. We had to use the public restroom during our visit.

Found a huge wood roach in the shower! Told staff and was promised some money back on our stay! Still haven't got anything

It was dirty. The lobby stunk so bad. We didn’t feel comfortable eating the breakfast. Kids were running up and down the hallways screaming and laughing at 1am. The bed was extremely uncomfortable and bouncy!
