ランドリーで一番気に入っていたジャージ上下を盗まれた。フロントにその事を伝えたが、全く誠意がなく、もう二度と宿泊しない。ホテルも施設が古く、宿泊層も質が悪い。治安も良くない。

Matt and Beto helped us with a family get together. They were so accommodating Can’t thank them enough!

Place was very quiet and the staff was very friendly

There was a little construction but nothing really noticeable clean rooms and friendly staff excellent breakfast

Check out was at noon. At 9:00am the housekeeper knocked & quickly used her key. Thank goodness I had the security bar engaged. She did it again at 11 & then called my room to check if I needed late checkout.

Stay was ok. Nothing special. But the rooms were being renovated. The room we had was missing a drain plug, something to wash the dishes with (sponge), shower head had little water pressure which made it just dribble out and hit the water dispenser and splash onto the bathroom floor and was missing a blanket for the pull out bed. Our floor was also being renovated so there was a strong smell of paint or lacquer and plaster stains on the rug as well as plastic covers on a door or two. Breakfast was decent as well as the social event. Water was turned off for a few hours just before we had to leave, but apparently they had an emergency of some kind. Overall, it wasn’t that bad, but could have been better. Very convenient location tho. And staff was great.

The place was dated and needed some TLC starting with the Elevators. Over all rooms are spacious and Beds were comfortable with freshly washed sheets.

Under construction which is ok. Not very clean, had a funny smell. Would not stay here next trip.

Misleading pet policy. No mention of a fee online. Terrible condition in and out, with poorly planned Renovations progress. Saw 3 roaches…COMPLETELY IDIOTIC ELEVATOR LOCATIONS THAT ARE NOWHERE NEAR THE MAIN ENTRANCE AND THESE ELEVATORS ARE HIDDEN BEHIND DOORS THAT RESEMBLE ROOM DOORS. INCONVENIENT

although we found a roach essentially the room and service was perfect. we understand there could be improvement but maybe a fumigation should clear problem.

The facility although under renovations, was great. The room outstanding. The service sucked. On checkin, i was told that there was a $50 incidental. I was preplexed as i had called the hotel and was not made aware. I was making a suggestion that that info should be given up front. The, i guess, manager, cane out with a big attitude. She told me it was non-negotiable and they could cancel my reservation and i could go somewhere else. Only prayer kept me from retaliating!!! I told her i was not talking about the charge, just that people should know in advance. As i was standing there, another person came up and was shocked when they heard about the charge. While the hotel was a 5 star, because of her attitude, i will never go back. I was there to do a class for the police department, with students from different locations, i did tell them about the incident and recommended they not use the faculity.

I would not recommend staying here until the renovations are complete. Nothing was outright bad, but I would choose to stay elsewhere. The food was room temperature instead of warm. The sofa was well worn and pulled so that the stuffing was coming out. The bathtub had chips in the surface. The bed, however, was pretty comfortable.

Staybridge is my top choice when traveling. I really like their hotels, the double bedrooms are spacious, comfy, and well equipped. A wonderful stay, as always

Hotel is under renovation and currently a bit dingy. Services are reduced and breakfast was not as good as at other Staybridge Suites.

Besides the renovation going on. The place is still rundown. Car alarm going off all night. Security gave it a look, but did not do anything.

Staff was very accommodating. Sign on elevator said out of order and our rooms were on the 4th floor. We had an 87 year old that could not make the stairs so they changed our rooms to the first floor

Extremely disappointing! The place was under renovation and very very unkept. There were 2 elevators on either end of the propery, so was a long long walk to get to the elevator Besides, i went for breakfast at 9:30 AM and they had already closed the service. I would never select this again!
