アクセス、スタッフ、プール、設備、朝食、スパ、全てが良かった。また利用します。

朝ごはんの種類が多く美味しかった。

港からすぐなので便利。部屋は広くて窓から港のいい景色が見える。まわりにショッピング街やレストラがたくさんあって便利。ホテル内に温泉プールあって気持ちよかった。

ロケーションもよく、部屋も広くゆったりしていて、 シャワーも快適でした。 ウェルカムドリンクとドルチェで、ホッと一息。 お勧めです。

スタッフが親切二対応してくれた。 部屋にジェットバスが付いてて良かった。 立地もポートも、バス停も直ぐ近くで移動が便利だった。 スパがフリーだった。 スパのプールの温度が、38℃と書いてあったが冷たかった。 スチームサウナもぬるかった。 朝食も、美味しかった。

港から徒歩5分以内とロケーション最高です。またスタッフも親切です。 チェックイン時間より早く到着してしまいましたが親切に対応してくださり、ウェルカムドリンクとおやつをふるまってくれました。 朝食ブッフェが豊富でよかったです。個人的に朝から生ハムメロンが美味しかったです。 温泉付きのホテルということで選びましたが、屋内の温泉もと屋上のちっちゃいプールしかなく、宿泊者の人数とみあっておらず、わりと込み合っているので全然ゆっくりできませんし泳げもしません。 結局ポセイドンやネゴンボなどに行ってしまうので、あまり泊まる意味はないかも。 ホテルの設備はちょっと老朽化してるな・・という感じです。

港から近く、とても便利。フロントの人もとても親切だった。 屋上のテラスからの眺めがいいほか、何部屋かで共同だが部屋の外にもテラスがある。室内の温泉プールは小さくて暗いが、ガウンで行けるので気楽に楽しめた。ただ、身長155センチのわたしは足が届くか届かないかといったところだった。ポセイドンの割引券をもらい、そちらで1日楽しんだ。 朝食はものすごい種類のお菓子やパン、フルーツポンチ、果物、日によっては煮リンゴ、スクランブルエッグ、ゆで玉子、ハム、チーズなど。コーヒーは頼んで入れてもらう方式。野菜はトマトだけだが、全体にイタリアとしてはとても充実していた。

船着き場から歩いてすぐのところにあり移動にとても便利そうということで選びました。早く着いたのに快く良い部屋を用意してくださり、色々と親切にして頂きました。welcom drinkのサービスも嬉しかったです。屋上にプールがあり眺めもよくて気持ちよかったです。また温泉プールもありどちらも利用させていただきました。朝食も美味しく、フロントの方達もとても親切で感じよくてまた次も必ず泊まりたいなと思いました。一泊だけだったのが残念でゆっくり滞在したいホテルです。

港の湾内という好立地ですが、島のバス発着所までは徒歩4分ほどかかります。レギュラークラスで予約したが、ホテルに1室しかないという浴槽付のツインベッドルームにレベルアップしてもらい、快適でした。荷物を持っての移動を少なくしようと、このホテルで正解でした。コストパフォーマンスにも満足しています。

Great breakfast with lots of options, nice hotel amenities including the spa and rooftop pool with bar. The staff was pleasant and helpful.

The staff and the location were great. The room had a terrace and a wonderful view. The bathroom had an odor around the toilet area. It was a little small and the door opened onto the toilet. The walls of the shower had mold in the grout which could have been cleaned up with a little bleach spray. The hotel was in a good spot with restaurants out the door and to the right which made it convenient. Out the door and to the left the shop area was located.

Perfetta location sul porto a 4 minuti di cammino dallo sbarco dei traghetti. Una piscina do ac1ua termale all'aperto ed una interna con odrpmassaggio e sauna. Colazione ricca e staff molto gentile. Le camere avrebbero bispgno di uno restyle ma sono abbastanza confortevoli. La piscina termale interna ha visto anni migliori certamente ma funzionante.

Room smelled like mould. Staff and service was great. We stay in 307.

The property is worn and tired. The in-room baths have mold in the tubs and showers. The bedspreads are thin and old. Likely due to its proximity to the harbor, the rooms are damp and a bit musty. People using the thermal bath did not observe the mandatory cap requirement nor was the quiet/relaxing atmosphere enforced. The staff was pleasant enough but can't overcome the lack of upkeep on the property. I stayed here 15 years ago and found it lovely. This stay.will be my last.

Lovely hotel with a very kind staff. Great location - a very short walk from the ferry terminal. Lovely location on the marina with lots of really good restaurants to choose from.

Next to ferry

The hotel is in an excellent location within walking distance to ferries ,shopping ,restaurants, and beach. The views are beautiful from the hotel. The breakfasts are delicious and plentiful!The thermal outdoor pool and the indoor hot pool and jets are wonderful! The staff are all so friendly and helpful. We visit Ischia every year and always stay at the Aragona.

Hotel bello e pulito. Camera spaziosa con terrazzino vista porto. Ottimo il ristorante dove ho apprezzato il buffet di antipasti e di dolci.
