Very cute boutique hotel

Bom hotel em localização privilegiada. Equipe atenciosa e competente. Tamanho do quarto é acima da média, excelente e cama muitissimo confortável. Voltaria a me hospedar neste hotel com certeza.

Foi incrível a estadia no Urban Recoleta Boutique. Recomendo, pois, além de ser localizado é extremamente limpo e organizado, o café da manhã é maravilhoso e o atendimento também.

É a terceira vez que nós hospedamos. Sempre atenciosos, especialmente Pablo, Diego e todos da recepção. Café da manhã delicioso, cama e chuveiros excelentes e localização perfeita.

Premises are very small. They only give you one card to access room. Breakfast is not the best quality. Too pricey for the quality.

All the staff was great!! My stay could not have been better. From the minute I arrived everybody was lovely and helpful. Room was excellent and the cleaning ladies were not only lovely, but kept my room spotless throughout my whole stay.

Hotel muito bom, mas o café da manhã poderia ter mais variedade. Ter que pedir para servir a xícara de café também incomoda. Poderiam deixar livre para o hóspede se servir.

Nice property with excellent staff in a great location.

The staff is absolutely amazing and super helpful, friendly and they do an outstanding job. There are two things I didn't like: super small and non functional trash cans in the room and bathroom, very old and stained towels. I usually don't take my towel with me because I stay in high rated hotels and this one the first hotel with not pleasant towels, you could see stain on almost gray towels ( originally supposed to be white)

If you value honesty, transparency, and basic decency — stay FAR away from this hotel. I booked and paid in full for 5 nights in advance. Upon check-in, the front desk agent casually told me that my card was “just needed for incidentals” — a flat-out lie. I was then charged AGAIN for the full 5-night stay without my consent or knowledge. When I brought it to their attention, the staff suddenly became dismissive and evasive. I was met with excuses, empty apologies, and zero accountability. No urgency to correct their mistake. No manager available. Just a shady shuffle of responsibility. This is not just a billing error — it’s deception. Double-charging a guest and lying about it is theft, plain and simple. I’ve stayed in hundreds of hotels around the world and I’ve never experienced such a blatant scam. Save yourself the stress, the financial headache, and the disappointment. There are honest hotels that deserve your business. This one absolutely does not.

Fomos bem recebidos. O café oferece poucas opções e repetitivo. Os produtos de higiene são bem pequenos e de pouca qualidade. Não gostei da limpeza. Mas o quartos são amplos, modernos e confortáveis. O hotel é Bem localizado.

Convenient

Large, clean, modern rooms. Very friendly staff. Central location across from the cemetery but a bit grimy in the immediate area, need to walk a few blocks to find a decent coffee or restaurant.
