ホテル内の雰囲気やイメージは、一流ホテルのようでゴージャスで印象的。設備や従業員の態度はまあまあ。しかし、料金が安くは無いのに、見合うだけの良さは？　設備では、バスタブ無し。３連泊の最終日の金曜日の夜は、深夜２：００まで多分ホテル内ホールにおいて、宿泊部屋に振動や音楽が聞こえるまでPartyが開催されており、廊下を大声で騒ぎながら部屋に戻る客の声が聞こえ、眠れなかった。

ホテル内にプールもあってくつろげる。ロビーはネットワークフリーだったが、パソコンのある部屋はパソコンが不調で利用できなかった。周囲の交通の便もさほど悪くない。部屋に給湯器がなかったためコーヒーが飲めなかった。

Was a single night stay w the wife to get away from the house. Perfect location and room for romantic staycation

Checkin was easy. Kyle at the front desk was helpful and courteous. Couldn’t get the air conditioner to cool down the whole room. The double queen bed on the 5th floor was spacious. The shower water temp is easily very hot. We tried the Roman restaurant for lunch and it was delicious.

What a wonderful W! Highly recommend.

Hotel was exactly what I expected it to be.

I called and spoke with the concierge twice regarding booking a dinner reservation for my stay. Upon arrival, the front desk had no clue about the reservation and it was not booked. The pool only has maybe 20 chairs for hotel guests. The rest of the seating around the pool (the good seating with ample shade) is reserved for bottle service only. The pool manager confiscated my shirt that I left on a “reserved” pool chair for purchase at 10 am while I was grabbing food 50 feet away. I didn’t realize the rules and was asking around if anyone had seen where my shirt went. There were no towels at the pool until 2 pm. I had to go up to my room to get a towel. All the pool chairs that had pool towels on it were dirty from the day before. The AC in the room didn’t work very well. I will not be returning.

We were very disappointed to not be able to use the pool Saturday because of pool party. We would have stayed some where else if we would have known.

It was a fun, enjoyable weekend with my husband. The only downside was the sliding door to go on the balcony was behind the tv which made it awkward
