まれに見る素晴らしいホテルでした。 スタッフがとにかく親切でゆっくりくつろぐ事が出来ました。

市街中央に近く，滞在中の利便性が高い。プール，ジャグジー，フィットネスセンターなどの施設も高い水準で整備されており，ルームサービスも良心的な価格で24時間対応している。

立地良し！コスト良し！

チェックインはとてもスムーズでした。お部屋も広く快適でしたが、テーブルの上に目に見えるほど埃が溜まっていました。お部屋に電気ケトルがありましたが、お湯を沸かす為のミネラルウオーターは、1本7ユーロと地元の相場から見て信じられない値段です。ダブルルームとして予約をしましたが、スリッパやアメニティーが1人分しか置いていない上に、前日使ったいくつかのアメニティーは、2日目以降も補充されて居ませんでした。

The lobby and spa is pretty clean and nice . However, rooms are dated

Everything was very good. The food at the bar was excellent and so was the service Friday and saturday between 7 to 9 pm. The breakfast was huge; there was a lot of choice. The room was clean but very far from the elevator and noisy since it was on the 2nd floor directly on the street.

We were quite disappointed with our stay. The gym was closed on Sunday, and the breakfast buffet also closed earlier than expected. This was not communicated at the time of booking, despite paying a full price. Overall, it left us with the feeling of not getting what we paid for.

The Hotel looks good, staff are helpful and it's in a very good location. I stayed in an executive room with lounge access for a week. I was disappointed by the hotel not providing a free bottle of water each night, as all other hotels I've stayed at offer this, you'll get one bottle per stay. The only other complaint was that I got eaten by bed bugs. The Spa is run by another company, steam room was warm but no steam. To use the swimming pool you must bring a swimming cap or buy one of their very expensive caps. The most enjoyable part of our stay was the executive lounge, as the staff really try hard to make you feel at home. I would return just to use the lounge!

Odada ısıtıcı olarak kalorifer peteği vardı çalışmıyor diye resepsiyonu aradım kimse ilgilenmedi. Zaten girişte de kalabalıktı resepsiyon yetersiz.

As a premium member this was a disapointing stay.

Staff is good, room is clean but heater is not working. I told to reception, nobody dealt with it. Sometimes, there was a drain smell which was terrible.

Amazing hotel. Great location. Staff is FANTASTIC. Stayed at a room with lounge access- what a treat! The lounge is lovely, free food and drinks! The spa- aah. Enjoyed the sauna many times as well as the outdoor jacuzzi. Special thanks to Alexandra who was beyond helpful and very kind! Will visit again very soon!
