お部屋が広くて、雰囲気も良く素晴らしい、アップグレートして頂いたスイートルームは最高でした

受付スタッフが人によって当たり外れがある。 初日、同じ敷地内のこちらと比べれば少し価格の安い系列ホテルと誤ってこちらのホテルを訪ねた際に、鼻で笑ったような態度でこちらのホテルではないと言った対応をされた。ただ、その後の他のスタッフが丁寧に案内して下さいました。 その数日後、こちらのホテルを予約してチェックインした際も、初めは軽んじた対応でしたが、デポジットに提示したカード(プラチナ以上のもの)を見て一変！急に手厚くなったので、海外の渡り歩き方を学びました。 エステの受付スタッフの質も人によって当たり外れあり。コースの説明もなく、プール利用の手引き等も無かったため、施術はブラックボックスであった。さらに、日本で受けるのと同価格もしくはそれ以上の価格を支払ったにも関わらず、エステスタッフの技術は素人同然。使われているオイルの説明も無かった。エステはオススメ出来ません。 お部屋は広く快適で、部屋から眺めるプールを合わせた景観が喧騒を忘れ素晴らしいものであった。間に一度再ベットメイキングやバスタブ清掃が入る点も価格相応でした。ただ、泥パックのような柔らかい石鹸が入った入れ物は、継ぎ足し継ぎ足しされているのか、中からどなたかの隠毛が出てきたのは気持ち悪かったです。こちらも全て入れ替えるべきです。 また、部屋の花瓶は空っぽで、部屋案内の際に後ほど花を入れに来るとのアナウンスがあったが、水を入れに来たっきりチェックアウトまで花が生けられることはなかった。 ただ、朝食はかなりオススメできるものであった。品数も多く、美味しかった。 などなど、合わせ考えるとマラケシュの価格からすれば超高級ホテルになるが、サービス面では釣り合っていないのかなといった印象がある。ただ、ハードの部分は素晴らしいのでまた機会があれば宿泊したいホテルである。

Inside Staff were exceptional, pool staff were hit or miss, the pool Bar staff were not very friendly. I would definitely stay here again. Room was fantastic.

This was not a Palace and should not be classed as a 5 star hotel. Poor sound proofing. Staff lack of understanding international English language. The front desk staff are probably the worst I have ever encountered in my holiday experiences. Very expensive for very poor service. Best advice I can give AVOID!

Magnificent, vast property with astonishingly beautiful gardens. Excellent service at all levels, including helpful concierge. Tasteful Moroccan style decor in large suites with all usua five-star comforts. Terrific buffet breakfast.

Everytime I stay there I have to ask for the same things multiple times. They have big down internal com issue. Never received amenities even when I asked for them 3 days I asked for coffee capsule 3 times and when I called to follow up the IRD agent was so rude Ask for late check out as I returned from the casino at 6 am but yet they woke me up at 12:30 because they didn’t get my request while the agent before promised to put the note in
