アットホームなホテルでよく清掃された快適なホテルです。屋上テラスは気持ちがいいのですが、夜ライトをつけてもらえず残念でした。朝食付きのプランでしたが、スタッフの対応がとても親切で美味しくいただきました。ロケーションも良く、また機会があれば是非利用したいです。

建物はコロニアルで大邸宅と言った感じだが、室内は特別な感じは無くシンプル。市内中心部からは少し外れた感じではあるが、その分静かで町歩きには何の問題も無かった。レストランの食事は美味しかったがこの地方の特色と言う点では特筆すべき事は無いように思う。

muy bonito el hotel

Muy buen lugar para hospedarse, cercano al centro y a las atracciones principales de San Cristóbal, es un lugar tranquilo y acogedor.

The hotel itself is beautiful and we loved the layout with lots of greenery. Staff was very attentive, helpful and polite. A plus is an enclosed garage to park a car if you have one. Our only issues were the cleanliness of the room. Was not the best, we found several hairs on pillows and bedsheets upon lifting covers. They did quickly replace our covers when we brought it up to their attention. A heads up for those not going for the saints celebration festivities. Avoid those days because you will not sleep since hotel is across a church. Celebrations are late at night. Not a negative to the hotel itself just the location. Others days are great.

Amazing location. Short walk to the town square. The hotel is extremely beautiful! Real authentic Mexican colors and art. Amazing friendly staff. The beds are hard and not so comfortable.

La habitación era muy amplia, el hotel es muy grande y mi habitación estaba lejos pero por el precio considero que vale mucho la pena, el valet, la recepción todo estuvo muy bien, excepto que nuestro baño tenía una fuga, no fue reparada durante la estancia y además de ser molesto escuchar que el agua se va y la bomba se enciende constantemente pues da ansiedad el desperdicio de la misma

El hotel se encuentra bastante bien ubicado. El personal atento y siempre con la disponibilidad La limpieza excelente Altamente recomendable para su estancia en San Cristóbal

I wasn't expecting the place to be so charming and beautiful! We booked last minute but the price was very reasonable and included parking. The room we had with the king-size bed was very comfortable and had a great view. The terrace outside was very nice too. Handy location for wandering about. The aforementioned carpark is a bit painful but the porter ran out to help us get in without too much trouble. Some reviews mention hot water being an issue. The water was hot when we were then and didn't take long to come in.

El servicio y el lugar es muy bonito

Todo el personal es muy amable, son muy atentos. Me gusta la decoración de los cuartos, y del hotel. Muy bien ubicado a 3 cuadras del parque central y principales andadores.
