The variety of pools and beach areas. Open space and seating in the reception area. Air conditioning in rooms. selection of restaurants.

we loved it. highly recommend they have a little bit for everyone family friendly events and activities all day. the staff was great Oscar in buffet amazing very attentive. the entertainment crew Antonio Franchesca and everyone else made the activities super fun. Luis at the pool bar very entertaining

Entiendo que al hotel le falta mantenimiento

The food was not good only the breakfast was ok. The resort itself was pretty though

the room was small, simple and dated(old). my room had a small broken TV, was not pleased with that. channels/viewing options on the TV were very limited!!

Really easy place to go with the family

They have all kinds of entertainment. The food choice is awesome. The staff was cordial and very attentive to our needs.

Our 5 days stay were nice!! The resort was clean and the staff service was excellent. Dining restaurant were 5 stars. But the buffet was awful and the food was not good at all !! I think this is the only thing we didn’t like about this resort!!everything else was good

10/10 would go back. The staff were amazing and accommodating.

A Fantastic Week at Bahia Principe Luxury La Romana We just returned from a truly wonderful stay at Bahia Principe Luxury La Romana and couldn’t be happier with our experience. The overall service was excellent, the facilities were spotless, and the staff went above and beyond to make our week memorable. While the rooms are dated, this in no way took away from the comfort and joy of our stay. What really stood out was the warmth and professionalism of the staff—especially in the restaurants and by the pool. Whether at the general dining areas or the à la carte restaurants, the service was consistently exceptional. A special mention to Radaisy, Bladimir, Jefrey, Bryan, Mavel, and all their amazing colleagues—thank you for making our experience so enjoyable. The food at Le Gourmet and the Italian restaurant was absolutely phenomenal—easily worth a perfect score. We look back on our time here with great fondness and would return without hesitation. Thank you for a delightful and relaxing getaway!

Little hard to make reservations at the a la carte restaurants

Clean and cozy resort. Friendly staff, 5 star buffet. Everything was excellent at this resort. The beach and water not so much. We enjoyed and would return back.

Totalmente recomendable. El lugar es bonito y como llegamos temprano, nos dieron la oportunidad de ingresar el desde las 7 am a áreas de comida y camastros, dejando equipaje en resguardo, en lo que tenían lista la habitación para entrega. Los alimentos y bebidas son buenas,así como las instalaciones aunque por la temporada había mucho mosco. Para el traslado sugiero hacer una reserva en línea con base en los comentarios. Lo no tan favorable es que algunos de personal sí te hacen el comentario de que les des propina y no es algo agradable.

The hotel is quiet, staff is friendly and welcoming. There are the usual activities to keep guests entertained, and the food/drinks are good.
