客室は清潔で過ごしやすかったです。 スタッフも親切でとてもよかったです。 設備も整って快適でした。 エキストラベッドを使用したいとリクエストしましたら、すぐに笑顔で対応してくれました。 楽しく滞在することができました。ありがとうございました。

The location is far from the center of town, so transportation is required. The free shuttle bus stop is right in front of the lodge, so it seems convenient for those who use it. This time, the room was in a secluded location, so the view outside was disappointing, but on the contrary, it was quiet away from the main street. The kitchen was equipped with a set of utensils, so I did some simple cooking. It was a little hard to use that the bathtub and shower booth were separate, and it was a pity that the fixing bracket of the shower head was broken. The parking lot has an automatic door and a car wash facility, which was helpful. However, when entering by car, it is a narrow downhill left curve, so be careful.

部屋からの眺めが癒されました。 日本語を話せるスタッフもおられました。

バンフのホテルが取れずにここに滞在。しかし結果的には正解、とてものんびりできるし、静かでした。ダウンタウンまで徒歩可ですが、少し離れている。

今回はバンフとキャンモアに一泊ずつしました。 部屋のベランダにBBQ設備もあり、町のショッピングセンターで食材を買い、家族5人で楽しみました。

今回は短期の滞在のため使用しなかったが、バーベキューコンロが各部屋についてて、家族で楽しめるホテルだと思う

4人で入れる部屋として十分です。暖炉も素敵です。ベランダで毎日BBQしました。おすすめです。洗濯機も毎日つかいました。風呂とシャワーが別なのがよかったです。キッチンは使い勝手が良く冷蔵庫も大きくてよかったです。

The hotel location is excellent to provide with beautiful view. The hotel area is quiet and close by super market, gas station, liquor shop etc.. to get everything we need. It is also close by TC-1 to get good access to Banff and various sightseeing spots. The guest room is well maintained and clean. It is also equipped with BBQ set to enjoy BBQ at balcony. The hotel people is kind and professional to advise many useful information. Overall, it is an excellent hotel which makes me feel visiting again.

フロントのお兄さんがとてもフレンドリーで親切。困ったことや知りたいことなど何か質問すればとても丁寧に教えてくれた。

主人と娘（６歳）が車でカナダ大陸横断の旅の帰りに泊まったのですが、とにかく素晴らしいと言っていました。

施設、立地は言うまでもなく良かった。さらにスタッフの対応の良さが3日間の滞在を素晴らしいものにしてくれました。また訪れてみたいです。

A very pleasant stay. The hotel is in the area that includes several hotels, easy access to grocery stores by car. The only complaint was the maintenance in the room. The BBQ grill was hard to begin and the pipe in the kitchen was stuck. The hotel staffs were nice to treat them soon, though. The weirdest thing was that we could not put out the fire in the fireplace.

室内や浴室は清掃も行き届いておりとっくに問題はないがキャンモアは新しいホテルの建設ラッシュで、それらと比べると老朽化しているともいえる。 場所はどのホテルも中心街に行くには車が必要。

Everything was great, only small issue was that the Netflix did not work in the living room and I had to pull the bedroom TV off the wall to plug in the DVD player. Not big issues, we very much enjoyed our stay!
