安い値段のホテルですが、ポーター（部屋に荷物を運ぶ人）がいます。部屋も清潔で、お値段以上のホテルでした。

ホテルについた時に、事前に着く時間を伝えていたのでホテルの方が外で待っていてくださいました。部屋は暖房がなく、かなり寒かったですが、毛布で寝るときだけはなんとかなりました。ですが、部屋は本当にさむい、、！！暖房はあったのですが、一泊4ユーロかかるみたいで我慢しました。。朝ごはんは、パン、ヨーグルトといったシンプルで、味は普通です。シャワーはお湯、水圧okですが、二日間泊まって、一日目だけなぜかお湯を出していたらだんだん冷たくなって寒かったです。スタッフの方はニコニコしてて感じの良い方々でした。

3人旅だったので、シングル3台のベットがある客室が、有り難かった。 ホテルの位置も、CMTバスターミナル至近なので、分かり易い。

空港からは車で1時間ほどかかります。部屋は清潔で過ごしやすいです。まわりにカフェやレストランが少ないので朝ごはんがついてるのが便利でした。

chefchaouenに行くためにカサブランカのホテルを予約しました。 部屋はきれいで広く過ごしやすかったですが、シャワーが流れにくかったのが少し気になりました。 朝ごはんもついていて便利でしたが、ガイドをつけたので立地の良さはあまりよくわかりません。

部屋は広く清潔で快適。町の中心からも近いしCTMバスターミナルが目の前なので国内移動の起着点として最適。スパがあるので、旅の終わりにハマムでのあかすりとマッサージをしてもらった。

I got in late and reception was very friendly and helpful. Good night's sleep and a very fine breakfast.

Ha sido decepcionante, al anunciar que hay parking, pero no lo hay. En el centro de Casablanca es casi imposible aparcar en la calle. De saber que no había parking, no lo había reservado.

Needs to be updated. It is a very old hotel. It was reasonable for a one night stay. I would not stay for more than that one night.

The staff were very friendly. This was my 4th time staying here and it was good to see friends again!

Very convenient for local shops, food masjid an transport. Staff are friendly and added convenience of money changing facility in reception which turned out to be better rate than any of the money exchange places.

My room with king size bed was more than adequate. However, the first night, I woke up to a leak in the bathroom ceiling and water on the floor. They did switch rooms to a comparable one and that room had minor issues and were fixed right away. Staff were attentive.

It was good. Few things that you have to pay during breakfast.

Hotel is tired and in need of upgrade. Construction going on next to my room. Confusing light control, not explained until I went back to front desk. Phone system had no way to call operator or front desk, which was a problem when someone tried to open my door repeatedly late at night. Would not recommend at this time.

Most of the things at washroom are not working properly or not at all. The staff is so unorganized that they charged me twice for city tax. One of lady with Hijab at front desk was racist towards me. I would humbly request Diwan management to teach their staff to treat guests with respect because each guest work hard to get time off and enjoy their time to the best. Thanks.
