メインストリートから一本離れてはいますがホテルの並びにスタバがあるし、見ての向かい側にレストランもあって便利です。 ホテルの朝食バイキングを利用していましたが、種類もボリュームも十分でした。 夜は騒ぐ人も居なくてとても静かです。

It was little old in some places, but not uncomfortable. The staff were all very nice and helpful. It was well cleaned. Breakfast was a little varied and tasty, so I had a good morning time.

Our stay at the Matrix was disappointing. The room was worn, furniture stained, and the covered parking garage was full and partially closed. I was scolded in the shower trying to get the shower head to work. Overall, the jr. suite we stayed in was just ok, nothing special.

Great hotel, the only thing is they have really slow elevators, and it was very busy from a concert so there were huge line ups at the elevator, but you’d be on the 10th floor so stairs wasn’t really an option.

We recently stayed at the Matrix Hotel for two nights and, unfortunately, our experience was very disappointing. One of the main reasons we booked this hotel was because we were told that covered parking would not be an issue. When we arrived, there were no covered parking spots available, and finding any parking at all was extremely difficult. The only parking we could find was uncovered and not monitored, which was frustrating considering what we had been told before our stay. We also discovered that the complimentary Wi-Fi was essentially unusable for our needs. None of our devices would connect properly, leaving us with no choice but to pay an additional $12.95 per day for the premium Wi-Fi just to use our laptop and access the internet. The room itself was much smaller than expected, and the bathroom's sliding door offered virtually no privacy. What was most disappointing, however, was the level of service we received throughout our stay. Shortly after checking in, we called the front desk requesting extra towels and a blanket. We were told they would be brought up, but nothing ever arrived. The next morning, we asked again for more towels, face cloths, and a blanket. We eventually received two towels and two face cloths, but were told the blanket would be sent up shortly. Once again, it never arrived. When we called the front desk a third time, we were told there were no extra blankets available. In all our years of travelling, we have never stayed at a hotel that

The hotel it self was good but they add on extra fees,that they don't tell about until checking out.

The room wasn’t ready when we checked in at 3pm. After waiting for two hours they finally had an available room. After a long travel day this was a slight inconvenience. The room however was clean and the bed was comfortable.

Excellent central location...walkable to lots of restaurants (Starbucks is attached!) and Ice District, easy transit to Colliseum. King sized bedroom bathroom was small but had everything you need. Requested service was excellent. Elevators were slow, parking not great and not free, very limited loading zone in front of hotel, furniture a bit scratched. But overall a great stay.

Great location, polite staff, parking was tricky and often full and the parking fees weren’t explained at all.

Paid $30 parking fee and gave front desk my license plate number. Woke up to a $100 parking ticket. Front desk took ticket and said they’d take care of it. Hoping they actually do.

Very clean room and modern

Rooms clean and very modern. Good staff. Would recommend to stay at this Hotel. Reasonable price.

The room and all amenities were comfortable and clean All Staff were courteous and helpful Breakfast was a full buffet. Food was well presented and had a variety of offerings. Location of hotel felt safe, close to various workplaces and the conveniences of downtown. My only critique were the dinner items I chose. 1. Fish and chips. While delicious, the 1 serving of fish was small and overwhelmed by the serving of french fries. I found it overpriced for its serving size. 2. The creme brulet was okay but it was overpriced for the serving size. For supper I was disappointed for its offering and overall quality. Other than my choice for supper, my stay was pleasant.

Didn’t appreciate the addition charge of $30 to park at their hotel. (That’s normally what you pay for valet. Breakfast vouchers should just be given at check in regardless if we want to use them .rooms were clean and decent location
