I’ve stayed at the Signature twice before, now when you book through Expedia it’s a third party who manages your stay (Luxury Suites International) so technically you are not at the MGM grand. The hotel room was worn, carpet dirty and torn up in places, multiple tiles broken in the kitchen and bathroom. Tub was dirty and not properly cleaned around the jets. No iron in the room, no room service menus. The rooms need a little care and it would certainly go a long way.
