pongo esta evaluación porque el trato no fue el mejor, llegue temprano para dejar mis maletas en lo que hacia el check in, pedi autorización de tomar el desayuno ese mismo día ya que al día siguiente me tendria que salir a las 4 am, entiendo que no es obligatorio y ese es tema mio, pero me indico la persona de recepción que podrian ponerme un desayuno viajero a lo cual acepte y quedo de notificar a la persona de la tarde, cuando regrese con la persona del otro turno me indicó que no le avisaron y que pena con usted pero ya no se puede hacer nada con un tono grosero, lo cual confirme cuando llego otro huésped y también le hablo grosero pero el otro huésped no se quedó cayado y le reclamo por la forma de hablarle, yo no dije nada y pense que la mejor manera de hacer una queja es aqui, por este medio, y en tema de limpieza la alfombra bastate sucia y manchada.

Se esperaba algo mejor, win embargo la habitacion tenía el piso levantado en varias partes. Ademas se encontro presencia de cucaracha en la habitacion

Una grata estadía en un buen y seguro lugar

Un poco disgustado por el trato en el check in, falta de comunicación y cobros escondidos que no mencionan a en la reserva. Con una sola vez me basto para no ir mas. Gracias

La propiedad algo vieja el toilet tapado. El check in muy complicado segun el tipo de el front desk, necesita informacion a cerca de mi legalidad en el pais cosa que se me hace ridicula porque no es oficial de migracion yo hice mi reserva con mucho tiempo con mis documentos de USA y no tengo cedula colombiana apesar que soy colombiano tambien. Fue todo un caos y seria muy bueno brindarle una sonrisa a los turistas que vamos llegando. Nunca mas me quedare y menos recomedare este hotel

Property is nice and elegant. Staff is nice. Only thing thers's a lot of traffic in the morning and cuasing noise.

I don't understand how this is a 4 star hotel. This is a 1 star motel. It feels like they have not put any money into the property in 30 years. The towels were so used they had holes in them. How disgusting. The chairs were so old that when you sat in them you felt like you would fall right through. The owners should shut it down for a couple of years and completely modernize it. The location is great, everything else was quite unacceptable.

CLEAN AND ROOM SPACE

Some of the rooms seem to have been upgraded. I was in one that wasn’t but that’s ok. But it’s time to finish off the rooms that haven’t been. Nice area of the city but a distance from things you may want to see. Easy to catch taxis though with the volume going by the hotel. Great value for the money. Would stay again. Very interesting architectural features

Employees were professional and helpful. The owners of the property are not maintaining it. The property is run down and dirty. We had to purchase our own bedding and towels because the hotels were old and stained. The bathroom had mold and the floors were dirty. We had to purchase cleaning supplies to clean the room. WiFi only worked part time. The breakfast was deplorable. This hotel needs a complete rehab or should be torn down. This hotel is only a one star or two star hotel.

The place is too dirty and many missing items in the room for the guest's comfort.

Staff very professional

We liked the room, breakfast and location of the hotel. Thank you! We ran out of toilet paper on the last day… Unacceptable! There was no water available in the room. We arrived at night and no place to get a bottle of water in the hotel. We went to reception but their response was very dismissive. Overall, a place with big potential but falling short in getting the little details right.

Tener en cuenta que es un hotel para dormir únicamente no para pasar el día. No tiene comodidades o amenities cómo plancha (solicitamos pero tampoco tenían disponible para los huéspedes), también cuentan con secador de cabello. El hotel no tiene aire acondicionado así que debes abrir las ventanas y aunque la temperatura es agradable con el sonido de los autos en la calle puede ser difícil para dormir. Fuera de eso el servicio fue muy bueno por parte del personal, el desayuno también y un área muy segura para caminar. Restaurantes a 15 min caminando
