滞在した部屋は広いバルコニーが有り、そこは湖に面した開放的な景観が望める。夕日がとても綺麗でした。広いダイニングキッチンもあり、連泊するにはとても便利だと思います。

レゴランドに近く朝食付きということでこちらのホテルを選びました。レゴランドまでの立地はかなり良いです。車で3分ほどで着きます。しかしこのホテルはかなり老朽化しています。予約する際の写真はとてもきれいですか、実際は違います。 駐車場に着いた時に、ここのホテルに泊まるのをやめようかと思ったくらいです。ドアはカードキーやオートロックではなく普通のカギで、防犯の面でとても怖かったです。 部屋は思っていたよりは広かったです。コーヒーメーカーとコーヒーは一つありましたが、砂糖やクリーム、コップなどはありませんでした。ドライヤーはフロントに借りに行きました。 朝食はしなびれたリンゴ、ﾊﾞﾅﾅ、ヨーグルト、シリアル、ｵﾚﾝｼﾞｼﾞｭｰｽとコーヒーにパンが置いてありました。あまりきれいな感じではないので、無難なﾊﾞﾅﾅとヨーグルトをいただきました。ｵﾚﾝｼﾞｼﾞｭｰｽはおいしくありませんでした。 同じくらいの値段で今までで一番早く帰りたいと思うホテルでした。

Word for the wise: spend a few extra bucks for a reputable hotel. This place was super sketchy and we felt unsafe. The door didn't even lock all the way and there were loiterers around the property. The room smelled, it was dirty, and there were outside noises all night long. Would not recommend.

The property is dated but it was clean, quiet, pretty lake view, no bugs and most important a great night sleep.

It is an old property but everything works and the location is amazing. We liked it.

I love gifting myself with weekend getaways now and then at this property. The scenery is absolutely beautiful, rooms are always clean and well taken care of and staff are very nice, it is so quiet and very relaxing sitting out on the patio overlooking the beautiful gardens landscaping lake and pool!!

I love this property because it’s been part of Winter Haven’s history for decades. The new owners have been there for quite awhile now and they keep it very quaint and nice. It’s right on lake Roy, which is part of the chain of lakes and the living waters boat cruises can pick you up and drop you off there at the resort if you ask them nicely. The pool is warm and inviting and the property at night is beautiful and the sunsets are breathtaking. The rooms are a little outdated but they’re clean and comfortable and the management is very kind and accommodating. You get a lot of bang for your buck here. Perfect place for a respite.

Overall, we enjoyed our stay. The lake at night and the way they have the back lit up is beautiful. We even got to see some fireworks which made it even more special. The only problem is that our room was a little warm and even with the AC turned down as low as it could go it never really cooled off too much

Nice lakeside setting with swimming pool. The rooms need desperate updating and better cleaning. The hotel is generally dry run down.

Paper thin walls, had to hear neighbors party all night. Toilet didn't flush. Squeaky beds. Not suitable for families.

Property was old. In need of paint. Room was okay. Did find a dead bug on the desk and hair in the bed. The property itself was beautiful on the lake. I wouldn't stay again.

The management was very accommodating when we needed to change rooms due to disabilities and issues with the air conditioning.

Requested handicap room on the first floor and was not provided one, so had to pay a much higher price to get a first floor room. The was a roach in the bathroom sink. The floors were dirty.

The location was excellent. Just an 8 minute drive from Legoland. Lots of food options nearby, iHop just a minute away, Denny’s 5 minutes, and a few minutes more Chipotle, McDonald’s, etc. The hotel itself is old, but everything functioned. Room had a fridge, microwave, coffeemaker, tv. Everything was clean.
