最初の部屋が水道が壊れていて、即対応してもらい部屋変えてもらいました。早くホテルに行ってもシャワープール使えて良かった。朝ごはん美味しかったです

空港からは少し距離があったものの、タクシーを使えば２０ユーロ程度でした。ホテル自体も新しく清潔で、部屋の冷蔵庫の飲み物が無料だったのが嬉しかったです！夕食付きのプランにしましたが、新鮮な魚や肉を目の前で焼いてもらえ、とても美味しく頂けました。またイビサに行く機会があれば是非泊まりたいと思えるホテルです！

リノベーションしたばかりのようで、部屋の中が新しくてとてもきれいでした！とくにシャワーブースはピカピカでした。プラヤデンボッサの端にあるので、ウシュアイアにも何とか歩いて行けます。値段もお手頃なので、予算を抑えて快適に過ごしたい方向けです。

スタッフのサービス、設備、客室の快適さ、立地、景観、全てにおいて満足のいくホテルでした。 ビーチにも市街地にも歩いて行けたので、ビーチでのんびりするも良し、街で観光するも良しの、とても便利な立地でした。 ホテルの館内、客室はすべてが快適で清潔。インテリアもオシャレでした。朝食ビュッフェもどれもおいしく、レストランからの海の眺めは最高でした。

Staff is incredible!

Worst experience I have ever had with hotels and resorts. They refused to change my check in dates 3 days before I check in. I was suppose to check in on the 2 of November and called them on the 31st of October to change my date which is three days in advance.even when their policy clearly states you can cancel for full refund 72 hours before. They said I can’t push my check forward literally by one day because they will be shutting down the hotel and refused to refund or offer me credits. Horrible customer service and biases. If I could give zero star I would. They ruined my experience in Ibiza.

This hotel was outstanding and we throughly enjoyed our stay. Very clean modern hotel. Breakfast was amazing and had just about everything you can thing off. The pool area was lovely with plenty of beds to relax and the saxophonist on a Sunday afternoon was the best to chill. We would definitely return.

We found this the perfect hotel for our stay in Ibiza. We were here to both sample the clubs and have some time by the pool relaxing. The hotel was classy without being stuffy. Upmarket without being too expensive. Close enough to walk to both Ibiza town and Ushuaia / Hi, but peaceful enough to relax during the stay. The pool is beautiful. Staff are friendly. Rooms are fantastic (we stayed in a Superior). We stayed one night in a 5 star hotel nearby, and much preferred Torre del Mar... enough luxury without being too pretentious!

Amazing from start to finish service 10/10 Staff all very helpful and friendly Will be back everytime I go to Ibiza from now on.
